Day 1

Arrive Beijing, Raffles Beijing Hotel.

Day 2

Beijing. Discover Beijing's main attractions including Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Imperial Summer Palace, Raffles Beijing Hotel.

Day 3

Beijing. Full day visit to The Great Wall. For the more adventurous a four to five hour trek can be arranged for an absolutely incredible Wall experience, Raffles Beijing Hotel.

Day 4

Beijing. This morning visit the magnificent Temple of Heaven and the Hutongs, the alleys and former courtyard houses of Old Beijing, Raffles Beijing Hotel.

Days 5-6

Fly to Xian. Explore the Old City of Xian where a bike or buggy ride is enjoyed, The Islamic Quarter and the Great Mosque. Visit the Terracotta Warriors and the Shaanxi Museum, The Sofitel.

Day 7

Fly to Chengdu and transfer to the Sofitel Hotel.

Day 8

Chengdu to Lijiang. Visit the Giant Panda Breeding Research Institute to get up close to these threatened bears. Later, fly to Lijiang, Banyan Tree Lijiang Resort.

Day 9

Lijiang. See the highlights of Lijiang including the Old Town, Black Dragon Pool and surrounding countryside, Banyan Tree Lijiang Resort.

Day 10

Fly to Shanghai and transfer to the Four Seasons Hotel.

Day 11

Visit the highlights of the city including the Yu Gardens, the Shanghai Museum and the Urban Planning Center. This evening enjoy a performance of Chinese Acrobatics, The Four Seasons.

Day 12

Shanghai. Explore the water village of Zhouzhuang. Continue to Suzhou with its remarkable classical Chinese style UNESCO gardens. Return to Shanghai, The Four Seasons.

Day 13

Depart China.
