Sunrise in Hoi An, sunset in the Forbidden City. In between, a truly marvelous stroll through one of the most beautiful, flavourful and embraceable places anywhere. Quiet tree-lined country paths lead us to incredible beaches, banana plantations, thriving local markets and the occasional imperial tomb. Mealtimes present us with beef in lalot leaves, pho galore and a private cooking class. Bedtime comes swiftly after a dip in the pool or a relaxing treatment at a world-class spa.
