Why not take advantage of this different and unusual trip to the hill resort of Sapa from Hanoi. Sapa is an old French "hill station" to which one escaped to avoid the heat of the summer. It is nestled in the mountains and is the most scenic mountainous region of Vietnam. The local markets are run by the ethnic minority hill tribes. To add to the enjoyment of this visit to Sapa, you will travel by the exclusive private train owned and run by the Victoria Hotel, which also provides the accommodation.

Day 2. Arrive Sapa. Arrive the next morning at 6:30am and transfer to the Victoria Hotel for 1 night's accommodation. Later enjoy a visit to Sapa market. Have lunch then enjoy a leisurely trek to Cat Cat and Ham Rong. This area is a well-known beauty spot and historical vestige site. BL

Day 3. Sapa. Today, take an excursion to Ta Phin to view the beautiful scenery of the valley and the rice terraces. There will be time to visit a Hmong tribe village and get to know their daily life and culture. Enjoy your picnic lunch among the landscape.
