Derived from the ancient Sanskrit word for ‘bowl’, Jaan is an intimate, fine dining restaurant. Jaan’s cuisine is inspired by modern French cooking and is enhanced by delicate Oriental flavours and scents. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the stunning 1924 original dance floor of which a historic grand piano sits.
