HOW TO REQUEST A VACATION

There is absolutely no obligation when you send us your vacation request on our vacation planner travel form. Your privacy is protected by the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and our guaranteed "Privacy Policy". If you are looking for the cheapest vacation on the web, you have come to the wrong place. TravelWizard.com only provides quality, upscale vacations that we would take ourselves. We work very hard to provide our clients great value and a memorable, stress free vacation packed with as much enjoyment as possible. We take immense pride in our work, and depend on our customer loyalty.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

Our vacation planners will take a couple minutes to complete. We guarantee it will be well worth your time and effort! When you ask us to help plan your vacation it is important that you provide us with all the information we will need to give you the most value for your budget. Note! We are in San Francisco, Pacific Standard Time. You may submit your request seven days a week, however some of our staff will not be able to call you on Sundays.
When you send us your contact information its very important for you to tell us when to call you, which phone, work or home, and if it is a surprise. We specialize in person to person, personalized service, and use only cordial, professional advisors with years of experience in the area you request. As soon as we receive your information we will assign it to one of our travel advisors that is an expert in the area you requested. We will analyze it carefully and call you back with all the specifics. You can hold your reservation with a small deposit until shortly before you travel, or make installment payments.
Lets us know how much you have budgeted for your vacation, and we will pack it with as much enjoyment as possible. If it is not possible to provide you a quality vacation for that amount we will inform you. We only work with the most prestigious, well established providers that guarantee all their properties quality.
If you are requesting one of our custom packages, hotel reservations or car rentals we will need to know what preferences you may have, a no-smoking room or a four-door sedan, ocean view for example.
We will always quote you the lowest available fare consistent with your convenient travel plans and preferences. In most cases we will have made tentative reservations for you to hold your seats at that fare for 24 hours. The airlines require that tickets must be purchased and paid for within 24 hours of making the reservation. Airline fares are volatile and subject to change without notice to either the travel agent or the traveling public until the reservation is made and the ticket purchased. For that reason our fare quotations are not guaranteed beyond 24 hours and your tentative reservation will be cancelled at that time.

Many advertised fares are restricted - that is - the ticket must be purchased more than 2-3 weeks before you travel or are good only for travel within a particular period. Most discounted fares are available only for a limited number of seats on a particular flight and those seats sell out quickly. That is what the fine print - "some restrictions apply" - means in the advertisement. We will match any legitimate offer and guarantee far better service.
