Room types available at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Lodge include standard rooms, suites, lofts, kitchenettes, loft kitchenettes, and cottages. All rooms are non-smoking and have the following amenities:

Standard King Room
Located on the 600 wing - These rooms have a king size bed and a balcony.

Standard Rooms
Located on the 100, 200, and 500 wings - These rooms have two queen size beds and a patio or balcony.
Handicap Room
Located on the 500 wing near the elevator and upper Lodge entrance - This room is wheelchair accessible, and has a queen size bed and a single bed.

Loft Rooms (Sleep 1 - 6)
Located on the 400 wing - These rooms have two queen size beds, bathroom, and TV in the main area. The open loft has two single beds and a TV. The rooms have a walk out patio and are located on the pool/courtyard side of the lodge. There is a slope in front of the units which eliminates a direct view from the pools.
One bedroom Suite (Sleeps 1 - 6)
Located on the 500 wing - The room has two queen size beds, bathroom, and TV in the main area. The side bedroom has two single beds. The room has a balcony and view to the mountains, trees and parking area.
Two Room Suite (Sleeps 1 - 8)
Located on the 500 wing - This large unit is actually two standard rooms connected with an adjoining door. Each room has a hallway entrance. The room does not have a balcony and has a limited view.
Rooms with kitchenettes to accommodate 1 to 8 guests
Kitchenettes in the main Lodge are equipped with a flat 2-burner cooktop, small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, and cookware. There are no ovens in any kitchenettes and BBQs are not permitted.
Standard Kitchenette Rooms (sleeps 1 - 4)
Located on the 400 and 600 wings - These rooms have two queen size beds and a dining table and chairs. 400 wing rooms have a walkout patios to the courtyard and pool area. 600 wing rooms have a balcony with a mountain view.
Kitchenette Loft (sleeps 1 - 6)
Located on the 600 wing - These rooms have two queen size beds, TV, bathroom, and kitchenette in the main area. The open loft has two single beds, and a TV. The rooms have a balcony and a view to the courtyard and pools.
One Bedroom Kitchenettes (sleeps 1 - 6)
Located on the 400 and 600 wings - These rooms have two queen size beds, bathroom, TV, and kitchenette in the main area. The side bedroom has two single beds and a TV. The 400 wing room has a walkout patio to the courtyard and pool area. The 600 wing room has a balcony and view to the mountains and trees.
One Bedroom Loft Kitchenette (Sleeps 1 - 8)
Located on the 600 wing - The room has two queen size beds, bathroom, TV, and kitchenette in the main area. The side bedroom is located off the main area and has two single beds. The open loft has two single beds, and a TV. The room has a balcony and a view to the courtyard and pools.

Deluxe Poolview Suites (Sleeps 1 - 2)
Located on the 100 and 200 wings - These spacious rooms have a king bed, double sided fire place, living area, wet bar, two person soaker tub, and heated floor tile in the bathroom. French doors open out to a balcony or patio with a view of the courtyard and pool area.
Deluxe Mountainview Suites ( Sleeps 1 - 6)
Located on the 100 and 200 wings - The suites have two queen beds and a queen size hide-a-bed in the open living area. The suite has a fireplace, wet bar, and table with chairs. The room has a patio or balcony with a view to the grounds and mountains.
Juniper Ridge Lodge - to accommodate 1 to 4 guests
The Juniper Ridge Lodge is a separate motel style two storey building located below the main lodge. Other than the noted rooms, the units all have a kitchenette. Kitchenettes in the Juniper Lodge are equipped with a 2-burner cook top, small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, and cookware. There are no ovens and BBQs are not permitted.
Juniper Lodge Ground Level (Sleeps 1 - 4)
The rooms have two queen beds and a walk out patio to the courtyard and pool area.
Juniper Lodge Second Level (Sleeps 1 - 4)
The rooms have a queen size bed and two single beds. The rooms have a balcony and a view to the courtyard and pool area.
Juniper Lodge - No Kitchenette (Sleeps 1 - 2)
The rooms have a queen size bed. The rooms have a balcony or patio and the view is to the courtyard and pool area.
Cottages - to accommodate 1 to 6 guests
There are five cottages located below the Lodge nestled in the trees. The cottages have an open ceiling throughout the unit. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a second room with two single beds, and a living area with a queen size hide-a-bed. The unit has one bathroom and a kitchenette (same as Juniper Lodge kitchenette). The cottages have a patio with picnic table. The cottages are open from April to mid-October.

Fairmont Ski Chalet & Desperado's Lounge
At 4,200 feet elevation, the newly refurbished Chalet provides a magnificent setting to enjoy a light breakfast, hearty lunch, or our Pizza Hut Pizza. After a great day of skiing or riding the slopes, participate in apr?ski activities surrounded by the warmth of our majestic wood burning stone fireplaces. Mountainside Clubhouse And Trophy Dining Room
The spectacular setting overlooks the Mountainside Golf Course. Come play the '19th hole' or join us for a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ask about the popular dinner theme nights and specials. When the weather is nice, there is nothing better than enjoying a meal on the clubhouse patio surrounded by the majestic Rockies and overlooking the fairways, ponds and water fountains. Open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seasonally.
Atrium Restaurant
Overlooking the Riverside golf course is the valley's only Italian restaurant. Open seasonally, this restaurant serves traditional Italian recipes at reasonable rates. Perfect for the whole family.
Sportsman's Lounge
Located in the lower level of the Riverside Clubhouse, Sportsman's Lounge is the perfect place to relax after a tough day on the golf course. With a pool table, fireplace, TVs playing the latest sports game, and a stage, Sportsman's can accomodate everyone. Join us for Jam Nights every Thursday with John Cronin and friends, and watch for special events such as Yuk Yuk's.
