The Fairmont Empress Hotel Accommodations
The Fairmont Empress features 477 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, with magnificent views of the city, courtyard or spectacular Inner Harbor. With a selection of unique guest room sizes and categories to suit every taste, this landmark Fairmont property is a tribute to classic elegance.
The Fairmont Gold floor features a private lounge with lavish continental breakfast, honor bar and evening hors d'oeuvres, complimented by an attentive concierge team, executive boardroom and High Speed Internet access designed to meet the needs of the most discerning corporate or leisure traveler. The Fairmont Empress also features eight guest rooms enhanced specifically for guests with special needs. Guest Room Fairmont Room : Our classic Fairmont Rooms are furnished in traditional elegant decor and can accommodate up to four people. Each room has a cozy sitting area with two armchairs, some with ample space to accommodate a crib or rollaway. Deluxe Room : Our spacious Deluxe Rooms feature traditional elegant decor with large sitting areas. Excellent for families, these rooms can accommodate up to five people with additional space for a rollaway or crib. The sitting area is furnished with either a sofa, sofabed or two armchairs. Rooms for the physically challenged are available in this guest room category.
Suite/Speciality Room Junior Suite : Each of our spacious and luxurious Junior Suites is an open-concept/studio design, elegantly furnished with a sofabed and distinct sitting area. One Bedroom Suite : Each of our spacious One Bedroom Suites features two rooms - a bedroom and parlor with dividing door. The parlor room is lavishly furnished with a sofabed, some with ample space to accommodate a rollaway bed. Most One Bedroom Suites feature one bathroom, while a few are equipped with an additional powder room. Two Bedroom Suite : Each of our Two Bedroom Suites features three rooms in total - two bedrooms and one parlor. The master bedroom is furnished with one king bed, the second bedroom with two queen beds, and the parlor with a sofabed and ample space for a rollaway. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and full amenities. Gold : Fairmont Gold is designed to meet the needs and expectations of the discriminating business executive and leisure traveler. Dedicated to consistent high-quality service, an attentive concierge team provides the finest level of service and commitment to hospitality excellence. Fairmont Gold is often referred to as a 'hotel within a hotel' and guests enjoy private check-in and check-out services in the Fairmont Gold reception area on the 2nd floor. We also offer access to a comfortable private lounge with spectacular views of Victoria's Inner Harbour. The lounge offers an honor bar, cocktail-hour hors d'oeuvres and complimentary deluxe continental breakfast each morning. Fairmont Gold guests may also use a complimentary boardroom that accommodates six to eight people (must be pre-booked with Fairmont Gold Concierge). Gold Junior Suite : The Fairmont Gold Junior Suites are open-concept suites with a defined sleeping and sitting area all within one large room. Some Fairmont Gold Junior Suites also feature a sofabed in the Parlor area and can accommodate a rollaway. The suites offer one full bathroom and all amenities needed to make your stay at The Fairmont Empress a memorable one. Nightly turn-down service, overnight shoe-shine and morning newspaper delivery are services provided to all Fairmont Gold guests. Gold Two-Bedroom Suite : Our Fairmont Gold Two-Bedroom Suite offers a spacious open concept bedroom/parlor room connecting to a second bedroom. The parlor area has a beautiful decorative fireplace, full bathroom and sofabed. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed and separate full bathroom and closes off from the rest of the suite. Harbor View Deluxe Room : Our Harbor View Deluxe Rooms are elegantly furnished and feature a spectacular view of Victoria's Inner Harbor. Each room is appointed with two armchairs and can comfortably accommodate up to two people. 
Gold Room : Fairmont Gold guest rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 8th floors. All Fairmont Gold Rooms are non-smoking and offer business amenities, private direct-dial telephone with complimentary business cards and personalized wake-up calls. Nightly turn-down service, overnight shoe-shine and morning newspaper delivery are services provided to all Fairmont Gold guests. Please be advised that guests accompanied by pets cannot be accommodated in Fairmont Gold Rooms.
