Altamer Resort  Restaurant specializes in French and Caribbean cuisine with topical fresh daily specials created by Executive Chef Maurice Leduc. The menus have been created using the freshest ingredients in interesting combinations. In order to ensure new ideas and taking advantage of seasonal ingredients the menu is supplemented each day with a list of specials and creative desserts.
