Breakfast and Juice Bar - 7:30 am – 10:30 am
You can stay in bed and sleep the morning away, but eventually you’ll get hungry. Don’t get up! Enjoy real French pastries – baked just before you wake – delivered directly to your bed, or head down to Café Med. Our signature breakfast menu, and the fresh juices and smoothies from our juice bar, let you make every morning one of a kind. For a little extra eye opener, try one of our special morning cocktails.

Lunch - 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm
During midday sun, our lunch menu provides the perfect break from the beach and the heat. Enjoy a glass of wine and a light lunch, or indulge in a little more. Salads grown right here on the resort grounds speak for themselves, offering the phenomenal freshness that will bring you back again and again. Our brick oven pizzas have quite a reputation already, and our panini are building one, too! There is definitely something for everyone here.

Dinner - 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm (closed for Lobster Night, Tuesdays)
Our lively, modern Mediterranean brasserie offers real food for real people – a simple cuisine that is chic enough for the most discerning guest. Café Med isn’t just for lunch anymore. It features a modern brasserie menu with inspiration from Spain to France to Italy, from Morocco to Turkey. With specialties roasted in our professional brick oven, homegrown hydroponic tomatoes and beautiful Parma hams, every meal is a real culinary experience. Casual and energetic, Café Med dinner is not to be missed.

Lobster Night at Cuisinart - Tuesday 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
The best kept secret in the Caribbean is out…Lobster Night at CuisinArt is not to be missed! Grilled local lobsters and fish, hydroponic and organic salads, and a dessert table to die for make this event one that every guest stays “home” to enjoy. Indulge yourself in lobster heaven, any – or every – Tuesday.

Luxury Two Bedroom Suite These grand suites – 2800 sq. ft. – located on the top floor of the beachfront villas have a large master bedroom with living area, marble bath with private solarium, living room with guest bath, and an additional bedroom with marble bath. Outside, the expansive terraces provide commanding views of the ocean.

Penthouse 2000 This luxurious accommodation offers privacy and exceptional views. Located on the top floor of the Main Building, this 3300 sq. ft. penthouse suite boasts a master bedroom with marble bath, two additional bedrooms with private baths, living room and full kitchen. The expansive 1,000 sq. ft. terrace overlooks the pool, beach and ocean.

Penthouse 2001 This lavish 3,600 sq. ft. penthouse suite provides maximum privacy. Bask in the sun on your secluded 4,000 sq. ft. sundeck or relax in your private Jacuzzi. Inside, you will find a large master bedroom with elegant bath, an additional bedroom with bath and office suite or additional third bedroom, a large living room, full kitchen and dining room. The Wedding Gazebo overlooking the beach - the backdrop to a wedding ceremony in our beach gazebo includes two miles of white sand beach nestled in the gentle crescent shape of Rendezvous Bay. Whether the gazebo is bedecked with flowers or draped with breezy panels of sheer silks or linen, a wedding here is unforgettable.

On the Beach - Consider walking down our aisle of powder-soft white sand. Your background music could be as simple as the hushed tones of the waves caressing the shore. Sunrise or sunset, our beach is yours.

In the Pergola - situated in the center of the Resort, the pergola is a romantic setting for an intimate wedding. The graceful columns of this spacious, private courtyard are decorated by Mother Nature herself, adorned with garlands of lush bougainvillea to bathe your wedding in a harmonious blend of color and fragrance.

We will work with you to make your wedding everything you dreamed it would be. We know all Anguilla's most experienced photographers, florists, and musicians. Local officials are available for most religious beliefs and traditions. Please note that there are several requirements in order to get married in Anguilla including:

- You must be on island at least three working days prior to your wedding (48 hours for processing marriage license) Bride and groom must both be present with valid passports.
*If married before, original divorce decree papers with the court's seal and stamp.
