I first visited Anguilla on vacation (as I hope you will). Wouldn’t it be wonderful, I thought, to create a luxury hotel blending the warm friendly atmosphere of the Caribbean with understated European elegance incorporating the finest elements of service, comfort and fine dining.

34 Double Rooms
Between 760-880 ft, are located in the Main House and on the upper floors of the villas that are situated on the beach, in the gardens and on the bluff. All have a large bedroom with doors leading to a covered patio, a fully marbled bathroom and most also have an entrance lobby.
 7 One-Bedroom Suites
Over 1,800 ft, including outside terrace(s), located in the garden, ocean view and beachfront villas. They each have large lounge and bedroom with marbled bathroom, covered patio and outdoor terrace.
2 Two-Bedroom Suites
Around 2,500 ft, located in the Terrace on the bluff overlooking Turtle Cove beach with small lounge between 2 large bedrooms each with marbled bathroom, covered patio and outdoor terrace.
6 Junior Suites
1,700 ft, located in the Terrace which is on the bluff overlooking Turtle Cove beach. Comprise large lobby, bedroom, marbled bathroom, patio and outdoor terrace.
2 Jacuzzi Suites
From 1,900 ft, both overlooking Turtle Cove beach and the Caribbean sea. Extra large junior suite with a lobby, bedroom, marbled bathroom, covered patio, outdoor terrace and private outdoor Jacuzzi.
1 Honeymoon Suite
Over 2,000 ft with extra large master bedroom, large lobby, oversized marbled bathroom, covered patio, outdoor terrace and private Jacuzzi
Pool Suite

Our Chef
French-born Alain Laurent is behind the gastronomic delights created and prepared in the Malliouhana kitchen. Together with his staff of 26, Chef Laurent has taken the art of fine French cuisine to new heights with subtle touches of Caribbean flavors.
Chef Laurent oversees all daily aspects of the restaurant’s kitchen and works in synergy with restaurant manager Jacques Borderon.

Le Bistro
A casual pool and beach side restaurant on Meads Bay Beach adjacent to the children’s playground and beachfront pool.
Sunset Bar
The best place on the island to enjoy the sunset after an active, or not so active day. Serving drinks on the outside terrace or within the comfortable lounge from morning till late.
Wine Cellar
The dining experience at Malliouhana is enhanced by its vast wine list, featuring wines from many parts of the world.

- 26-foot pirate ship. An exploration of the ship reveals fun water canon and padded pirate punching bags en route to a 60’ long water propelled slide.
- For older swimmers, divers and jumpers who seek that ultimate big splash, a diving pool with two springboards lies adjacent to the playground.
- The landscaped playground features:
- Two Playworld Systems areas (one for 2-5 year olds and the other for 5-12 year olds).
- Shallow splash pool with a soft spray fountain.
- A spacious covered sun shelter housing children’s videos, a Playstation and ping-pong table.

Beaches
Meads Bay, which has a westerly aspect, is one mile long and offers excellent swimming or walking. It is the centre of the hotel’s water sports activities.
Bobbing Cove is just south of the Michel Rostang at Malliouhana restaurant.
Secluded and picturesque Turtle Cove is located at the front of the Terrace and is backed by a thirty-foot cliff.
Shade umbrellas, lounge chairs and beach towels are provided at the beaches and pools
Pools
Two fresh water swimming pools, one for diving, are adjacent to the Main House and a heated Jacuzzi adjoins the diving pool.
A second diving pool is to be found next to the children’s playground.

Conference
Set apart from the Main House in a beach front location, our conference facilities offer air-conditioned seclusion for small meetings or incentive groups.
Located above Le Bistro restaurant, this facility can be divided into separate meeting areas if required. An open-air balcony overlooking Meads Bay offers an ideal setting for refreshment breaks.

All spa facilities including fitness centre, steam rooms, saunas, showers, terrace Jacuzzi and men’s and women’s lockers / change areas are complimentary to hotel guests. For non-hotel guests full access to spa club facilities is complimentary with purchase of a minimum of two 60 minutes spa or salon service on the same day, otherwise a spa facilities fee is applied.

Offering a stunning view of Meads Bay, three beautiful day suites have been designed for ultimate privacy and repose. Each suite is equipped to offer massage, body and facial treatments and features a private balcony, a comfortable seating area, an air-jet hydrotherapy bath, wet and dry treatment tables, a unique multi-jet shower, beautifully appointed bathrooms and a fully-stocked vanity.

Spa Etiquette
Your Comfort
A digital locker will be provided for your personal belongings for the duration of your stay in the Spa. We recommend that you keep your valuables in the safe in your hotel room or at the main concierge desk. The Spa is not responsible for the loss of personal items.
A robe, towels and slippers are provided. Our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy during treatments. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.
We recommend you wear minimal jewellery.
To preserve the tranquil environment please ensure mobile telephones are switched off within the Spa.
Malliouhana Spa is an adult facility, although there are no age restrictions for use of the hair salon. Malliouhana Spa reserves the right to only permit persons under the age of 16 to use the facility if accompanied by a parent.
Your Treatment
Proper clothing and footwear are required attire for the fitness facility. We recommend loose, comfortable clothing for yoga, chi-gung and Thai massage.
Our male/female therapists are professionally trained to handle both male and female guests. If you have a preference for either a male or a female therapist, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate your preference subject to availability.
Your Appointment
You are invited to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, change and enjoy our in-door and out-door relaxation areas prior to your appointment. You may wish to use the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi which can enhance the therapeutic benefits of you treatment.
Should you take one of the spa packages, we would be happy to assist you in customizing it to your personal needs. Please feel free to discuss this with us.
In order to allow for other guests’ scheduled appointments, late arrivals may only be given the balance of the scheduled treatment time.
All guests will be asked to complete a health intake form prior to their first treatment. Please advise us in advance if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, physical ailments or disabilities, suffer from allergies, are pregnant or have any special needs.
