Plantation Houses Feature: all Seafront Cottage facilities, master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom with tub, second bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom with shower, 2 large airy verandahs with panoramic sea views, spacious and comfortably furnished living room, Sleeps up to 4 persons.

Please note that cottages DO NOT include TV or Telephones. Air Conditioning is included ONLY in Seafront Cottages. Telephone facilities are available at reception and cable TV is available in the public lounge. Air conditioning is usually not necessary given the breezy hillside location of the resort.

The resort features two exotic restaurants. The main all-inclusive restaurant Rafters provides an intimate setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner with spectacular sea views. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style while dinner is a la carte except for our special Caribbean Buffet on Thursdays and West Indian Barbeque night on Sundays.

Sheer Restaurant caters to the general public as well as in-house guests and is not part of the all-inclusive facilities. Built on the western-most point of the bluff at Cocobay, this restaurant consists of six private, open-air pavilions connected by wooden-deck walkways and overlooks nearby Little Ffreyes Beach. Sheer restaurant is open for dinner only five nights per week and advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Tourist weddings in Antigua are very popular. That's probably because getting married in Antigua is such a breeze. For the legal side of things, all each party needs is:

• Passport or driver's license with original or certified copy of birth certificate
• Original documents if previously married (for example divorce decree absolute, death certificate, or other applicable document)

That's it! All documents must be in English. If not in English, notarized translations are required.

The lush grounds of Cocobay, dotted with scores of flora species provide lots to explore. Join the guided nature walks and hikes into the nearby hills conducted by the medicine man, and learn some interesting uses of various herbs and plants.

Exciting places to discover nearby include historic Nelson's Dockyard national park with a museum, shops, hotels, restaurants and a yacht haven. On the way to the dockyard you pass through Fig Tree Drive, the Island's most picturesque thoroughfare, which meanders from the low central plain up into ancient volcanic hills in the south. Banana, mango and coconut groves populate this drive of lush vegetation and rainforest as well as a number of old sugar mills and pleasant little churches.
