Spa Etiquette

Cancellation Policy
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please provide 4 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule the appointment. Cancellations in less than 4 hours and "no shows" will require 60% of the treatment price.

Spa Reservations
We strongly recommend scheduling our spa services in advance to avoid disappointments. Demand for appointments are high. Call the spa and our advisors will assist you.

Arrive Early
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 or 20 minutes prior to your reserved time; to check in, receive your spa introduction, and your complimentary footbath. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Valuables
For the safety of your valuables we suggest that you leave them in the safe provided in your hotel room.

Minimum Age
Our Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age.

Are available upon request.
