Swedish Massage:
This form of massage is effective in relieving muscle soreness, releasing tension and creating an overall feeling of relaxation. Mango, jasmine, lemon grass-lime and sugar-apple signature oils are available to suit your needs. A therapist applies your chosen oil using moderate pressure and long, gliding strokes to soothe body and mind. (50 or 80 minutes) Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

Spa Treatments
Little Exuma Salt Scrub:
This signature treatment blends salt from Little Exuma's salt ponds with locally grown papayas, exfoliating while offering complete hydration to your skin. We begin with a papaya cleansing gel, followed by an application of warm aloe vera oil and our signature sprinkling of salt. The salt is then used to scrub the body, removing dry skin and allowing it to accept moisture. After a refreshing rinse with a Vichy shower, the treatment is completed with a warm slow-drip application of aloe vera oil. (50 minutes)

Sweet Mango Sugar Body Polish:
Offering more of our local flare, we bring you the rich essence of mango. Commencing with a warm mango bath gel, the body is gently cleansed. Our warm rain rinse follows. Then, sugar glow is applied to the entire body as an exfoliate. An application of warm oil completes this magnificent treatment. (50 minutes)

Lemongrass and Ginger Gommage:
Lemongrass and ginger are renowned for therapeutic properties of stimulation and warmth. This gentle, creamy gommage treatment begins with an application of warm crème all over the body. Once your body is painted, you are wrapped in pure Androsia cotton linens while special attention is paid to your scalp and feet. Upon removing the wrap, the gommage is dusted from your body. A warm toning concludes the treatment. (50 minutes)

Bahamian Cooling Aloe Wrap:
Aloe plants grow everywhere on the island, offering easy access to healing for residents. We begin our homage to this healing plant with a gentle body toning. Next comes a cool application of pure aloe gel combined with essential oils of lavender and tea tree. The body is then wrapped, and a face and scalp massage is performed. We end with an application of SPF 30 to further protect the skin. This treatment is perfect for sun-drenched or sunburned skin. (25 minutes)

Island Avocado Body Wrap:
We honour Exuma's locally grown avocados with this hydrating body wrap. A dry body brush begins the treatment, to remove dead skin and stimulate the skin's surface. The body is then toned with a warm aloe wash. Avocado is applied using long Lomi Lomi strokes, after which the body is wrapped, to trap moisture. Face and scalp are gently massaged during the wrap. This hydrating, nourishing treatment concludes with an application of lotion. (50 minutes)

Oceanic Seaweed Body Wrap:
In honour of the surrounding sea and its beneficial properties, we offer a therapeutic seaweed wrap. The treatment begins with a gentle body scrub, to clean and polish the skin. A seaweed mask, mixed with oils and extracts to aid in the body's healing and relaxation, is applied next. Moisturizing lotion is also applied at this stage, to encourage absorption of the minerals and extracts. Finally, an invigorating shower removes the mask. An application of warm oil completes this reinitializing, hydrating treatment. (80 minutes)

Hydrotherapy Bath Treatments:
Hydrotherapy stimulates the skin and circulation, soothing stress, muscle aches and jet lag. These are completely self-guided treatments. Once the water is drawn to the right temperature and the ambience is set, you are left to relax in solitude. Use the dry bush provided to prepare your body for the bath. Then soak at your leisure and feel stress evaporate. After your bath, a warm body butter is presented for you to use, completing the relaxing treatment.

Piña Colada Milk Bath:
Luxuriously smooth and creamy, this hydrating bath contains nutrients that are essential to the good health of your skin. A blend of fresh coconut milk and coconut oil rejuvenates, nourishes and re hydrates dry skin, leaving it smooth, supple and revitalized. A coconut pineapple smoothie completes this exotic experience. (25 minutes)

Orange Blossom Buttermilk Bath:
This bath uses buttermilk and precious neroli essential oil, distilled from orange blossoms. It gently hydrates, and harmonizes body and mind by reducing anxiety and stress. (25 minutes)

Mango Bath Sphere:
This bath conjures dreams of the island and its tranquil, serene atmosphere. A relaxing, aromatic soak, it encompasses all of your senses, soothing the mind while relieving tired, dry skin. (25 minutes)

Balinese Massage:
This massage uses techniques that have been handed down through generations. Skin rolling, long kneading strokes, acupressure and foot massage are delivered to renew, strengthen and heal the body. Our Balinese massage oil - herbal coconut oil infused with citrus and pandanus leaves and blended with the essential oils of caraway, basil, nutmeg, vetiver and patchouli - is used for this unique massage. Javanese Lulur Royal Ritual:
Our lulur combines a Javanese beauty ritual with the ultimate in pampering. The treatment begins with a relaxing Balinese massage, followed by exfoliation with granular turmeric, sandalwood, sweet woods, rice powder, ginger root and spices. After this lulur polish, indulge in a fresh yogurt splash and soak in a bath infused with tropical flowers and essential oils. An application of tropical flower lotion and a drink of jamu (Indonesian herbal beverage) complete this retreat to luxury. (110 minutes)

Volcanic Earth Clay Ritual:
This refreshing treatment was designed to cool the skin, protecting it from the tropical sun. It begins with a body mask of volcanic medicinal clay known for its purifying properties. While the mask is cooling the skin, a face and scalp massage will refresh the body and soul. After an aromatic bath to remove the mask, experience Balinese massage with Bali fruits massage oil. This extra-mild treatment uses a green seaweed extract to regenerate, oxygenate, and counteract the appearance of overly rosy cheeks. A fresh, creamy mask leaves your skin calm, as the circulation is balanced. (50 minutes)

Clean Pore Facial:
This facial focuses on extracting the toxins causing clogged pores for any skin type. After your skin is deeply cleansed and buffed, extraction is performed and a mask is selected based on individualized needs. This treatment is a great starting point for a skin care regimen and will leave your complexion feeling clean and glowing. (50 minutes)

Gentleman's Fit Face:
This facial treatment utilizes products that address the male face. The skin is deeply cleansed, moisturized and soothed to reduce sensitivity commonly associated with daily shaving. Aqualift Anti-Aging Facial:

Calypso Manicure
A luxurious ritual from the Islands. Begin with a relaxing hand soak in a coconut milk bath, followed by a gentle exfoliation utilizing the natural alpha-hydroxy acid in pure sugar cane, infused with extra virgin coconut oil and the fragrances of our islands - coconut or pineapple. (45 minutes) Calypso Pedicure In this ritual of respect and love, your feet are first gently cleansed with coconut milk and exfoliated with a sugar scrub. Then the feet and lower legs are massaged with an exotic nut oil before a mask of coconut butter is applied, followed by a wrap in steamed towels to soften the skin and revive tired feet.
