Hidden among the out-island of the Exumas, in the Bahamas, you’ll have 150 acres of lush natural beauty and the surrounding islands – and the only other guests are selected by you. Musha’s five guest houses are designed in a charming Bahamian, English-colonial style. Each is painted in its own sun-drenched, tropical colors. All master suites boast magnificent four-poster beds and ensuite his- and her-bathrooms, and all of the houses are surrounded by mahogany, wrap-around decks. All have their own, private beach.

Palm Terrace
Palm Terrace is perfect for families, with its two master suites upstairs and additional bedrooms downstairs. A mahogany porch wraps the more-than-4,000 square foot house, and its spacious living room is stunning.

Beach House
If your romantic island dream is better fulfilled by a thatched roof cottage, our Beach House has a living and bathroom without walls. Only a charming little gate separates you from your private crescent-shaped beach, and nothing prevents you from bathing under the stars.

Bluepoint
Blue Point, perched on a rocky outcrop, is seconds’ walk from its own private beach. In addition to its 3,200 square feet of interior space (two master suites, an expansive living-dining room), it is encircled by a wide, shaded porch.

Pier House
Pier House, an artfully designed cottage (of 3,200 square feet!) whose front door opens onto a pier that runs straight to the endless ocean. There are two spacious bedroom suites that share a large and luxurious living and dining room.

Highview
On the crest of Musha’s highest hill sits Highview, ten thousand square feet of exceptional luxury and a commanding
360-degree view of Musha Cay and its three uninhabited neighboring islands. There is a soaring living pavilion, and two grand master bedroom suites, at Highview.

Can every taste be worth remembering? The chef who presides over our kitchen can make it so. Pair course after course with the finest vintage from our extensive wine cellar. Savor the freshest seafood, most elegantly prepared, straight from Musha’s shores and waters. Or dine on the beach, lit only by torchlight and the moon.

Water Activities
There’s plenty to do on Musha… and plenty of beautiful places where you can do nothing at all. For the nothingminded, try one of our perfect beaches. The sand is fine as sugar and almost as white. Sit back and summon your favorite elixir from the beach bar. Save your energy for the day’s most important decision: a swim off your own private beach, or a swim in the beachside freshwater pool. For the more active, explore the sea from speedboat, catamaran, sailboat, waverunner, windsurfer or Sea Doos. Explore undersea as well. The pristine coral reef is a haven for snorkelers and divers. And a rare confluence of tides makes Musha’s waters heaven for fishermen – even beginners.

Activities on Land
Musha offers a lighted championship tennis court with  a thatched roof gazebo for  relaxing between sets. A  beachfront, air-conditioned gym offers state-of-the art equipment. And rare tropical flowers line paths around the island, greeting walkers and joggers.

For evening entertainment we can arrange a fireworks display on the beach or exotic, themed special dinners, music and events.
