Almond Beach Village Hotel, Barbados Vacations, Honeymoons and Luxury Travel Package
Located in St. Peter, Barbados, Almond Beach Village is an all-inclusive playground for adults and children like no other.
A spacious, kids-only activity area guarantees babies, toddlers, kids and teens will have the time of their lives. Meanwhile, adults are free to enjoy a village replete with water sports, fitness classes, entertainment options and quiet, adults-only places to relax, including a rejuvenating spa. Finally, the whole family can come together again and enjoy a meal at one of four distinct restaurants.
To ensure the special ambiance of our dining experience, we ask that during the day, Ladies must wear cover-ups over their swim wear and Gentlemen must wear shirts. In the evening, Gentlemen must where long trousers and Ladies are not allowed "short shorts" (except on Caribbean Beach party evening when attending the Beach Party Buffet). Gentlemen are not permitted to wear hats in the restaurants at any time.
Almond Beach Village Hotel, Accommodations
At the Almond Beach Village all-inclusive resort, guests have the opportunity to stay in one of the 395 guestrooms available. Rooms contain balconies or patios with dining sets, two-poster beds, mahogany-stained furniture with wicker insets, cushioned armchairs, tile floors, tropical-print fabrics, and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning.

Presidential Suite
A very large suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area, and dining areas. Of course, it wouldn't be a Presidential Suite without the gorgeous view of the lush gardens, fabulous pool area, and sparkling waters of the Caribbean.
Almond Beach Village Hotel, Dining
Dining at Almond Beach Village is a gourmet experience. There are five restaurants to choose from at the resort, as well as three at the nearby Almond Beach Club via a complimentary shuttle. (Please note that only guests 16 and older are allowed at the Club.) Throughout the day, snacks are available from the beach grill, and room service is offered for lunch and dinner.
The Reef
The Reef is a beautiful al fresco restaurant situated directly on the beach at Almond Beach Village. With magnificent views of the white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, The Reef offers vacationers casual ocean-side dining for breakfast, lunch and snacks and in the evening, The Reef offers decadent fine dining and the freshest seafood available in the Caribbean. Reservations are required for dinner.
 The Horizon
The Horizon Restaurant is Almond Beach Village’s main restaurant, offers a panoramic view of the celebrated Caribbean Sea and serves three delicious meals a day. Breakfast offers a full buffet with made-to-order omelets. Lunch is served a la carte except for on Saturdays and Sundays when lunch is served buffet style.
The Horizon Restaurant earns its name at dinner when the restaurant is filled with the crimson light of the setting Caribbean sun. Dinner is a la carte from a different menu each night with a decadent Caribbean buffet on Saturdays and a sizzling barbecue on Wednesdays nights. Horizons specializes in classic continental cuisine.

La Smarrita
For a true taste of Italy, La Smarrita at Almond Beach Village serves authentic Northern Italian cuisine nightly from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. The sophisticated atmosphere, along with rich Roman décor, fine linens and elegant china make dining at La Smarrita an elegant and unforgettable treat. Fresh seafood, homemade pasta, steak and poultry are specialties of the house and are served festively by a gracious and elaborately costumed staff. Reservations are required. NOTE: Adults only. Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirt and trousers. No shorts allowed.
Enid’s Restaurant
Enid's Restaurant at Almond Beach Village is the resort's very own special tribute to the incredible down-home Bajan cuisine favored by locals and tourists throughout the Caribbean. From island favorites like fish stew, macaroni pie and rice and peas to fantastic fried chicken, Enid's is a taste of Barbados at its very best. Open dinner, Enid's is not to be missed. No reservations required.
Inter-Dining
Almond Resorts guests can enjoy various dining venues at any of the Almond Resorts properties on-island. A shuttle is available daily to escort you to the various resorts.

Almond Beach Village has ten freshwater swimming pools as well as two cool freshwater jacuzzis for its Caribbean vacationers. As part of the all-inclusive resort features, guests will be able to participate in numerous water and land sports, including hobie cat sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, windsurfing, reel fishing, aquacycles, kayaks, fishing, squash, tennis and par 3 nine-hole golf.
Aerobics, step, West Indian dance, and Aquacise classes are available at the Fitness center, along with use of LifeCycles, StairMasters, treadmills and free weights. A personal trainer is available to hotel guest for a personalized fitness regime. Guests can also enjoy the spa at Almond Beach Club.
Kids' Club
Almond Resorts offers something for all parents, such as a full-service nursery that provides indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old. Our Kids' Club offers activities for children – ranging from three to twelve – that include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Movies, water sports, disco night and much more await teens who visit our shores. And finally, for our parents, you can find refuge in the solitude of our spa, a late dinner for just two, or simply spend some time together. Doing nothing at all. Which is truly a vacation in itself.
Hours of Operation
Open daily from 0900-2200 hrs (nursery and mini club open until 1700 hrs). After 0500pm children under 5 years require a babysitter.

 The Harbor Lights Beach Extravaganza
With swaying palm trees, calypso playing and sand beneath your feet, you know you are in the Caribbean. A sumptuous Barbeque dinner, fish fry and free flowing exotic drinks, complete with roasted marshmallows, great value for money. Spectacular entertainment featuring a live local band, amazing performances by the 15 foot Moko Jumbies (stilt men), fire eater, limbo dancer, the tantalizing Caribbean dancer, break dancing monkey and a loose limbed shaggy bear.
Bajan Roots & Rhythms (dinner & floor show)
This cultural extravaganza is complete with costumes, thrilling choreography, music, song, dance, stilt walkers and the red-hot excitement of a fire eater and flaming limbo. The Plantation Band also performs. The show provides unrivalled live entertainment, which beautifully and creatively pays tribute to Barbados and its musical heritage. The show has also been featured on CNN, E Entertainment and Granada Television, and many other network TV stations.
Rum & History Tour
Enjoy a slice of unique Bajan history. The tour begins at the oldest rum distillery in the world – Mount Gay. Sit back and relax in a traditional bajan style rum shop while “Chester” boggles you with his exotic cocktail mixes while giving you the opportunity to taste our famous Mount Gay. In Bridgetown the capital, see the statue of Lord Nelson in the former Trafalgar Square and the House of Parliament, St. Ann’s Fort at the Garrison. Enjoy lunch at the famous Sunbury Plantation House and stop at St. John’s church where Greek nobility is buried.
The Sea Safari cruise
This cruise is geared to all ages and lasts 5 hours which provides an opportunity to explore two coasts. Enjoy the elegant coastal properties of St. Peter and St. James, along with the deep water harbor and historic Carlisle bay. Snorkeling will be available at the wreck in Carlisle bay. On-going narration will be provided throughout the cruise highlighting the historic coastal and marine elements of Barbados along with an open bar and buffet lunch.
Sunset Snapshot
This cruise appeals to those interested in promoting the importance of preserving, protecting and appreciating the marine environment. This adventure has a strong snorkeling focus. The Inshore reef of the Folkestone recreational zone is home to numerous fish, sea anemones, sea lilies, corals and sponges. This is an opportunity to swim with and even feed Loggerhead turtles. This cruise also includes drinks and snacks.
Champagne at Twilight
Romantic sunset cruise for adults only (wedding couples, honeymooners, special prize winners). Guest will be greeted with a choice of Champagne or Champagne Mimosa as they board. Live steel band music will be provided as we sail. Hors d’ouvers and specialty cocktail are offered at a stop. Romantic dance music is provided as the vessel heads back to shore.
The Almond Island Tour
See the island the way we do! Journey by coach to the Animal Flower Cave, Barbados’ first tourist attraction. Stop along the way at the picturesque Cherry Tree hill and the old Morgan Lewis Mill (the only working windmill on the island). Lunch along the rugged Bathsheba seaside and then head inland to Gun Hill Signal station St. George where a proud symbol of protection from the 19th century still stands.
