Lanterns By the Sea is beautifully situated right on the seaside, and serves a delicious selection of local and international cuisine.  The day begins with an extensive breakfast buffet, which includes an array of fruits, pastries and hearty hot dishes. Our exciting and sumptuous menu offers great choices for lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children's menus are available daily. The dress code is casual for daytime, and elegantly casual during the evening.
The Monday Manager's Cocktail Party is followed by a tasty BBQ buffet and the scintillating sound of the Caribbean Steelpan. On Thursday guests enjoy a Caribbean buffet dinner and a spectacular Floor Show, which may include dancing, fire eating, limbo performances and more in the tropical seaside setting.

Water's Edge is an intimate, elegant, seaside restaurant serving exquisite Caribbean and International gourmet cuisine. Guests enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting, with cooling sea breezes and nearby lapping waves. Visit the Fitness Factory and make toning and exercise a part of your vacation. Our fully air-conditioned Fitness Centre is well equipped with all the latest cardiovascular and strength training machines. Join our aerobic classes for exceptional cardiovascular exercise. Our Aerobic programme offers classes for all abilities of fitness. Proper gym attire is required.
