Description of Elysium

This immaculate and architecturally delightful villa sits hillside over stunning ocean views, just above secluded Little Bay Beach. Two bedrooms and baths, each with a scenic patio, flank opposite sides of the handsome living room and kitchen for maximum privacy. A covered verandah leads down to sun decks, the gazebo covered with tropical flowers, and the pool complete with whispering waterfall. This tranquil villa, off the beaten tourist track, will delight those looking for peace and seclusion. A simple arrival dinner with wine, and your next morning's continental breakfast are included in the rates. Owners live (out of sight) next door for your convenience. Beautifully done!

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December - January and December - January for villas on Virgin Gorda).
