Description of Emerald Crest

Just completed in January, 2003, this newest addition to our Tortola portfolio of villas features all the amentities you hope for!  Built as a two-level home, the main floor of Emerald Crest consists of the living room which adjoins a gourmet kitchen and a separate dining room for six. A hallway behind these rooms leads to the air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite, featuring a romantic jacuzzi bathtub and its own private verandah.  Upstairs are two identically-sized king bedroom/bath suites, each with air-conditioning, a dressing room and a balcony. The living room opens out to the spacious sunny pool deck, with its heated kidney-shaped pool and a shady gazebo complete with a gas grill, wet bar, a small fridge, and counters for alfresco cooking and dining. Surrounded by tropical gardens and trees and enjoying lovely ocean, beach and sunset views, Emerald Crest's serene privacy and memorable long-distance blue sea vistas will soon sooth away your cares, and provide you with a superb vacation experience in a memorable setting...delightful!  A simple cold arrival dinner, and fixings for a continental breakfast are included in the rates.

4 cable TV's, DVD player, VCR, 4-CD tape player + radio, books, games, A/C, coffemakers + mini-fridges in all bedrooms, data port for your laptop, answering machine, safe for valuables, jacuzzi bathtub, hair dryers, hammock; gas grill, wet bar + mini-fridge in pool gazebo, baby crib + highchair, dishwasher, laundry. 1st night's simple arrival dinner (cold) + continental breakfast items included.

Rental Notes:
Conveniently located next door, but well hidden from Emerald Crest's view, is Green Bank Villa, offering two additional bedrooms should you wish to rent both villas for a larger party.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
