Description of Green Bank Villa
You'll be delighted with this pristine and charming West Indian bungalow. Totally private and quiet, Green Bank Villa is set within a fenced tropical garden and lawn, and is built as two bright and breezy pavilions, one on either side of the sparkling pool and deck. One pavilion houses the two air-conditioned bedrooms and two baths, and the other offers the comfortable living/dining room/kitchen with generous banks of windows framing the amazing views of the ocean, lush hills, blue skies and white strips of sandy beaches below which surround this serene property. Peaceful and secluded on its lofty hillside, you'll love the simple charm and tranquility of this popular vacation home. A simple cold arrival dinner and your next morning's continental breakfast are included in the rental rates.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December - January and December - January for villas on Virgin Gorda).
