Tucked away within a gated and very tranquil enclave, Surf Song's idyllic locale right on the beach is absolute holiday perfection. Set amongst giant boulders and exotic tropical landscaping, this brand new two-bedroom, two-bath beach home is edged by 1000 feet of the ocean's blue waters, unspoiled reefs for snorkeling, and a shoreline dotted with tide pools, coral and shells for beachcombers. A perfect, private white-sand beach is just a short stroll away, featuring calm bone fishing flats protected by more reef. Surf Song is casually elegant, fronted by two covered coral stone verandahs and brushed cooling offshore breezes. This fully-screened villa offers comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas separated by dramatic archways. The sleek kitchen is all stainless steel with a window looking out to the turquoise sea; adjoining is the queen bedroom/bath suite, with an office alcove outfitted with a computer, fax and telephone, opening out to one of the seaside porches. A few steps outside and behind Surf Song is the second bedroom/bath suite, very private with two double sleigh beds, accented with a colorfully tiled bath, and bordered by a wooden deck, a bench and shade trees. For sun-kissed romance or quality family time, Surf Song awaits you! On-site management is on the estate, but your privacy and comfort is always assured. Amenities:
Satellite TV, VCR, CD/tape player/radio, movie + music collections, books, games, answering + fax machines, computer with email + internet access and dedicated phone line, charcoal grill, hammock, some assorted snorkel gear, gated entry to estate, automatic generator, dishwasher. Your personal laundry can be done for you by the housekeeper once per week for a $20 additional charge.

Rental Notes:
*There is also the small but charming studio waterfront SURFSIDE COTTAGE on the estate with satellite TV, a small kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, phone, and 2 twins (OR 1 king, your choice) and a bath, which you may rent along with Surf Song for a maximum of 5 to 6 persons (this studio cottage sleeps 2). Surf side Cottage is never rented to another party while guests are in Surf Song).

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
