Description of Breeze Haven Breeze Haven, situated conveniently near Road Town, shopping and restaurants, looks southward over aqua seas and 11 islands and cay's from high on its breezy hillside locale. Totally private and very casual, this property offers two separate 3-bedroom villas with a very scenic pool between them, perfect for families or friends traveling together. A profusion of flowering tropical plants is the beautifully-landscaped setting for this serene property. The western villa, Leeward, has three bedrooms and two baths, all on one level, a spacious Great Room bordered by an L-shaped balcony, and a fully-outfitted kitchen. Bedrooms have patios or balconies. On the other side of the pool is Windward, offering two bedrooms with two baths, and its own fully-equipped kitchen on a mezzanine level just above the compact dining and sitting areas. An exterior staircase on the pool side of Windward leads you down to the very private and charming lower queen bedroom/bath suite, complete with its own balcony, sitting area and another kitchenette. Furnishings in both Leeward and Windward are tropical rattan, bamboo and wicker enhanced by potted plants, island fabrics and artwork; these two villas afford a very homey and comfortable ambience, and offer an impressive vacation value for a larger family or group. Amenities *Use of Windward only. **7 to 12 persons have use of both Leeward and Windward. A 4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE OR JEEP IS RECOMMENDED FOR BREEZE HAVEN RENTALS. BOTH LEEWARD AND WINDWARD ARE ALWAYS RENTED TOGETHER AS ONE PROPERTY - ONE VILLA IS NEVER RENTED SEPARATELY WHEN GUESTS ARE IN THE OTHER VILLA - THE ENTIRE PROERTY IS ALWAYS YOURS, EXCLUSIVELY! ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December - January for villas on Virgin Gorda).
