Every room on both levels (including all bathrooms) opens via double mahogany French doors onto the generous wraparound decks, showcasing a captivating parade of sail and power yachts passing by. All of the five high-ceilinged, romantic bedrooms offer state-of-the-art air-conditioning, but few guests find it necessary.  The simple but sumptuous furnishings define classic elegance: terra cotta floors with woven seagrass mats, plush chairs and sofas, antiques and fine art.  

Just outside is the 50-foot freshwater pool with a shallow cove for children, surrounded by masonry patios and wood decks. Adjoining the pool is a gazebo and gas barbeque bordered by dramatic rock outcroppings and lush flowering gardens and specimen trees - the aromas of gardenia and jasmine float through the breeze! The estate's professionally-trained staff is discreet and detail-oriented.
