Commanding a view of spectacular, mile-long Long Bay Beach, this impressive mansion sits hilltop just above the beach. Built on three levels with lots of room for privacy, Sunset House offers five bedrooms with baths en suite in two pavilions on either side of the scenic pool deck. The large and sunny pool area features a hot tub, a waterfall, and a covered pavilion with a wet bar.

Four bedrooms are situated in the east wing, and the west wing (main pavilion) comprises the spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, and the fifth (queen) bedroom is on the main pavilion's lower level for wonderful privacy. Alfresco dining is available on the covered verandah adjoining the living area. Each large bedroom enjoys its own private balcony with an ocean view, and Sunset House's wrap-around verandahs complete the expansive, roomy aura of this special villa. One of the best and most scenic locations on Tortola for a wonderful holiday!

Rental Notes:

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
