Description of Anniversary House:
Leverick Bay's superb and wonderfully equipped luxury villa, lovely Anniversary House is situated on a green and breezy hilltop, affording long-distance ocean views from every vantage point. Built as three pavilions grouped around flowering tropical gardens, a lawn, and a dramatic infinity pool, this deluxe villa offers a spacious Great Room furnished with an impressive blend of wicker, antiques, a sea foam leather sofa, upholstered window seats, and accessories from foreign lands. The Great Room's pavilion also encompasses the dining area and a gourmet kitchen with a Viking gas range, wet bar with ice maker, all expected appliances, and a lavish collection of dishes, glassware, cutlery and cookware for your creative vacation dinner parties. A cool, covered verandah complete with a large dining table and a Viking gas grill wraps around three sides of the Great Room for alfresco dining. Nearby, the other two pavilions house four fully-screened bedroom/bath suites, all featuring air-conditioning, romantic four-poster beds, Cable TV, CD player/phone and a secluded covered deck for private moments. Two bathrooms have skylights, and two offer bidets. Anniversary House's very private location, (but very near Leverick Bay, its beach and water sports), its collection of varied original artwork, luxurious appointments, and attention to providing the best of everything an upscale vacationer could want or need for the perfect vacation makes this villa one of the best we've ever offered...five stars.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December - January and December - January for villas on Virgin Gorda).
