Description of Christa Villa:
The wonderful ambience of this popular villa comes from its superb appointments, wrap-around galleries with panoramic ocean views, and first-class design and furnishings. The entry courtyard welcomes you into the comfortable-furnished Great Room. Four colorfully-furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms are strung along the pool deck area, each with a sensual glass- brick bath suite; one bedroom offers two queen beds, and one twin suite also has a double trundle bed which sleeps two more. Downstairs, via an exterior walkway, is a complete air-conditioned studio apartment with king bed and its own private patio. Christa Villa is beautifully done in tropical wicker and rattan, and offers a very spacious retreat for a large group. And just a minute's drive takes you down to Leverick Bay and its shops and activities. Christa Villa may be rented along with nearby Saba Wind to accomodate a larger group (see Saba Wind on this web site).
Amenities:
Cable TVs, VCR, CD/tape player, books, games, charcoal grill, A/C in all bedrooms, safes for valuables, two refrigerators, dishwasher. Tennis is available at Leverick Bay.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December - January and December - January for villas on Virgin Gorda).
