Surrounded by tropical plants and trees which create a very private setting for Sea Dream, this elegant and very well-equipped hillside home overlooks beautiful North Sound, yet is conveniently located just above Leverick Bay and its beach, restaurant, shops and water sports, just perfect for active vacationers. The upper or main level is comprised of a stylishly-decorated Great Room done in tropical hues and offering all media; sharing this striking space is an open-plan kitchen. Bordering both is a spacious covered verandah for alfresco dining and lazy lounging with a view. Completing Sea Dream's main level, the king master suite features wonderful wicker furnishings and opens out to covered decks with ocean views. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where two more bedrooms share a bath. Both of these lower bedrooms open to expansive sun decks and to the relaxing pool overlooking turquoise waters and green islands in the distance. Surprisingly secluded Sea Dream is the perfect carefree hideaway for families and friends making precious memories of sunny, fun-filled vacation days.

2 Cable TVs, VCR, CD/tape player, radio, hair dryers available from office upon request, gas grill, dishwasher. Boat rentals, fishing, scuba diving with Dive BVI, tennis, grocery mart, bar + restaurant and shops are all available at Leverick Bay, just a minute's drive down the road

The weekly and nightly Caribbean villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for U.S. Virgin Islands villas including St. Thomas villas, St. John villas and St. Croix villas; 7% for British Virgin Islands villas including Anegada villas, Little Thatch Island villas, Tortola villas and Virgin Gorda villas, and 8% for Grenada villas).

A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the Caribbean villa and island.
