Description of Villa Valmarc
Situated only a brief walk from the pristine white sand beach of Mahoe Bay, Villa Valmarc features two separate pavilions side by side. The main house has two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites and an elegant Great Room encompassing the kitchen with its center island and dining area, and is flanked by Wendy's Watch, the charming two-story cottage just next door. Its main level offers a twin bedroom and bath, and the cottage's upper floor is a complete studio apartment with a king bed and small kitchen. This property is graced by a freeform swimming pool, sunset views of several nearby islands, and lush gardens with an extensive variety of fruit trees and tropical flowers. Mahoe Beach is just a short walk away - enchanting!

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December - January and December - January for villas on Virgin Gorda).
