Our Deluxe Oceanfront rooms are located in the two recent expansions overlooking the Ocean. These rooms contain king and double beds. One room block contains inter-connecting rooms, which are ideal for families.

Oceanfront Suite
Substantial suites with two bathrooms, Kitchenette (Microwave and fridge) dining/lounge area, separate bedroom with King size bed, Whirlpool Tub and a large balcony.

Boardwalk Cafe Bar

This bar is open from 10am - 6pm on Cruise Ship Days and offers a variety of tropical drinks along a boardwalk overlooking the Caribbean Sea coastline. Conveniently located close to the Waterfront restaurant, the tropical waterfall and the Hotel's shopping complex.

Balas Bar & Lounge

Featuring the island's best Friday Night happy hour from 6:00- 8:00 pm, the Balas lounge bar is noted for its exotic island cocktails and potent Rum Punch. Happy Hour offer a selection of special priced drinks and a variety of grilled snack items & Live Band.

We provide for meetings, functions, conferences etc. Our main Conference room comes complete with a private Secretariat. This is ideally located adjacent to the conference room with a private entrance providing direct dial telephone connection, fax and data port access and is air-conditioned. Washrooms are situated within for added convenience.

Seating capacity for the Conference Room is 75 persons- Dining room style, Theatre Style 130 persons, Horseshoe style - 40 persons. There is also one additional meeting room for those who prefer a more intimate setting. VIP Room seats 15 persons Theatre style and 12 persons-Boardroom / Classroom style.

Built around the walls of the old 18th century fort, many of the original features have been retained in the public areas of the property. However, modern facilities have now been added, making it a little oasis of comfort after a day of exploration. The main international airport Melville Hall is on the north east coast of the island, and is a scenic 65 minutes drive across the island to Roseau. The smaller and lesser used airport at Canefield is on the south west coast of the island, and is under 20 minutes driving distance to Roseau.

All 70 rooms are air-conditioned, with en suite bathroom, and cable TV. Room categories include the cozy Standard Room, the comfortable Oceanview Room, the deluxe Oceanfront Room and the luxurious Oceanfront Suite. Oceanfront Rooms each have a private balcony with a superb view of the ocean. Complimentary high speed internet access is exclusively available in this room category.
