Superior Rooms
Choose one king or two double beds and enjoy your casual, oversized- tropical guest room. Touches of woven cane, mahogany furniture, delicate watercolor fabrics and brilliant tile provide a relaxing ambiance where guests can truly unwind. Complete with air-conditioning, a built-in walk-in closet with safe, iron and ironing board and a dressing and vanity area with a hair-dryer, you won’t want for a thing. Armoires with cable television and Bose Wave Radio and a direct-dial, touch-tone telephone with voice-mail and dataport add to the elegance. Bathrobes are available for use during stay. Luxury Rooms
Decorated in stylish Caribbean elegance Luxury Rooms boast all of the amenities of a Superior Room plus rich mahogany furniture, fine fabrics in soft tones and a cozy integrated seating area. Glass doors lead to a private terrace with enchanting views, and louvered mahogany sliding panels offer privacy whenever desired. At night drift off to sleep on a heavenly Serta pillow-top comfort mattress and in the mornings enjoy a marble-topped vanity area, with lighted make-up mirror and a luxury bath amenities package.
Luxury Suites
Located on the second floor, Luxury Suites include all the features of a Luxury Room plus ... a romantic canopy bed, separate living room with dining area, queen sofa-sleeper, two bathrooms including an extravagant master-bath with marble tile, large whirlpool tub and a separate shower. A Luxury Suite may be expanded to include a connecting Luxury Room with two double beds for an additional charge.
Excel Villas
Excel Villas range from three bedrooms up to five bedrooms. Each individually designed villa includes living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a whirlpool or pool. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a telephone, cable television and private bath. Kitchen microwave, a hairdryer in each bathroom, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are also included in every villa. Excel Villas feature comfortable furnishings in a variety of charming styles, beautiful gardens and outdoor lounging areas. Exclusive Excel Villas
Exclusive Excel Villas range from two bedrooms up to six bedrooms and are among the most spectacular anywhere in the Caribbean. Each has extraordinary furnishings and design and include living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a whirlpool or pool. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a telephone, cable television and private bath. Kitchen microwave, a hairdryer in each bathroom, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are also included in every villa.
Exceptional settings vary from gorgeous ocean views to overlooking the golf courses or tucked away in an exclusive enclave. The newly remodeled El Pescador Restaurant features great new cuisine! Chef Paul Scordino of NY's famed Le Cirque restaurant has enhanced the existing Caribbean flavors with his own Mediterranean flare... for amazing lunch and dinner cuisine. Guests will find flavors to satisfy any craving, outstanding service and a commitment to making your meal times, good times.
Advance reservations are recommended for dinner. In keeping with Casa de Campo's ambiance of "Caribbean chic". The appropriate dress code is enforced during dinner. No jeans, tank tops or shorts. No jackets are required for gentlemen.

El Pescador
Guests enjoy the new Le Cirque inspired cuisine that features fresh salads, delicious seafood, meats & vegetables along with amazing desserts! From menu creation, through food preparation, presentation and service, Chef Paul Scordino, of New York's famed Le Cirque, will oversee the legendary cuisine here for all Casa de Campo guests.
19th Hole
The luxury of choice is the concept of the 19th Hole. Build your own sandwich down to the last detail and then enjoy. This snack bar faces the famous Teeth of the Dog course and is the perfect place to stop and recharge after a day driving, chipping and putting in the sun. Visit the Golf Pro Shop right next door.
Café del Sol
Overlooking the famous Dye Fore golf course, dine in the heart of the Altos de Chavón. Though everything is delicious, the brick-oven pizzas and ice creams are the specialties of the house. Nearby, Saint Stanislaus Church provides a backdrop of alluring Gregorian music that renders this a dining experience, not just a meal.
Chinois
In the Plaza Portofino, find the crème-de-la-crème of the marina. Featuring pan-Asian flavors, sample Cantonese, Japanese sushi and other dishes. As you eat, be warmed by the vibrant décor of waterfalls, rich colors and five-star service.
Lago Grill
With a natural casual ambiance, Lago Grill is the place at Casa de Campo for delicious and quick buffet-style breakfasts and lunches. Overlooking the Teeth of the Dog golf course and a wide water view of the Caribbean Sea, Lago Grill will wake you up with Caribbean delights including fresh juice cocktails and tropical fruit selections, made-to-order omelets, homemade breads and fresh pancakes. La Piazzetta
The feel of Venice, Napoli or Milan is inescapable at La Piazzetta. Boasting an astounding antipasto bar, made-from-scratch pasta and outstanding food cooked to perfection, sink into the romance of Casa de Campo. Nightly live music with strolling Italian minstrels and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere complete a night to be remembered.
El Sombrero
Festive, inviting and complete with a mariachi guitar trio, have your favorite traditional Mexican meal with a frozen Margarita of your choice. If you’re dining with children, visit the unofficial mascot of Altos de Chavón, a donkey named Margarito for a ride around Altos.
Tropicana GRILL
Located in the hotel’s main area, the Tropicana Grill restaurant serves up the highest quality filet mignon, churrasco and other meats with pure perfection. Enjoy the open-air architecture and be sure to ask your server to recommend one of over 100 wines to complete the night’s flavors. Live piano music plays nightly and champagne is available.

Giving new meaning to the term sweet spot, La Terraza is perched high above the tennis centers 13 courts, with a long, rolling panorama of the Caribbean Sea. Located in Altos de Chavn, the Tequila Bar is located right next to El Sombrero Mexican restaurant. Inside and outside seating is available.

For local sightseeing, the La Romana excursion is an intimate way to experience the Dominican Republic. Take a ride to Casa de Campo's closest neighboring city and enjoy duty free zones, sugar mills, popular markets and local culture. Fascinating tours for landlubbers are also available.
The Discover Old Santo Domingo highlights the lifestyle and early history of the Island that was made the “new world's” first capital city by Christopher Columbus. Many historical highlights are part of the tour including America’s first Catholic Cathedral, El Alcazar Museum and the Columbus lighthouse. The group is accompanied by a bilingual docent and a buffet lunch at one of Santa Domingo’s finest restaurants is included.
Finally, the Santo Domingo Casino Tour leaves in V.I.P. style from Casa de Campo and brings you to a dinner at the elegant Hispaniola Hotel. Available Monday to Saturday, the high-rollers excursion includes dinner, admission to the casino and disco as well as beverages on the bus, dinner and the tour guide.
