Breakfast/lunch restaurant - Open-air, sea-view spot with conical thatched roof, orange-wood ceiling, blue pillars, pine communal counter and tables, cane chairs, outside concrete-and-stone tables with umbrellas. Table games available. Music via speakers from The Caves radio station (89.1 FM). Self-serve cakes and nuts 24 hours. Bar service from early morning to evening.
No-menu à la carte American breakfast and daily special, with guests ordering what they wish to be prepared. No-menu à la carte lunch, with guests choosing from daily seafood, meat, and vegetarian offerings.  
 
Dinner restaurant - Open-air, sea-view building with high peaked ceiling, thatched roof. Mezzanine with four-person bamboo-and-batik daybed, matching chairs, and deck with dining tables. Ground-floor with eight-person communal table, covered deck with bamboo-and-batik sofa and two hammocks; and lounge with batik sofa/chairs and television. Music via speakers from The Caves’ radio station. Self-serve nuts 24 hours. Bar service 7–11 PM. Serve-serve bar overnight. Cave dinner - Depending on availability, guests are offered the opportunity at registration to reserve one of the two caves within the resort for a private dinner (candles, flowers, table linens), with access to the caves via cliffside paths/stairs. No-menu choice of daily seafood, meat, and vegetarian offerings. (One dinner per stay.) 

The majority of amenities and gratuities at this resort are included in the room rate; guests will not be charged extra for the majority of amenities (scroll up to the All-Inclusive Details section for more information). Massage and spa treatments (surcharges) are available in an open-air, sea-view, clifftop gazebo with a thatched roof and wo beds. A little building nearby contains a sauna with two beds, a terry-cloth-covered dressing bench, and bathrobes. Toward the resort's other end is a candle-lit, grotto-like room built into a cliff that contains a four-person jetted tub, a batik-covered bench, and a sunset-view window. Both sauna and jetted tub may be reserved for privacy. The resort's computer is available for e-mail from 5–8 PM (subject to change).

Ground transportation: Shuttle vans and private cars of varying prices are available. Narrow stone paths lead through the resort's 8,094 sq m (2 acres) of jungle-like grounds abloom with tropical flowers. Other stone paths lead down cliff faces toward the sea, where guests climb down ladders into the Caribbean Sea or leap into the turquoise-and-emerald water from two points, one approximately 7.5m (26 ft) high and the other 6m (20 ft).

Once in the water, guests can explore two grotto-like caves containing marine fossils. (Dry-land paths/staircases also lead into the caves.) One cave ends in a blowhole within the resort's grounds. At the top of the blowhole is a leap-off platform approximately 4.5m (15 ft) above the water. The blowhole is lighted at night, and there's a concrete bench beside the blowhole.

Seven areas—three on cliff-face platforms above the water—furnished with cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas provide semi-private sunbathing. Guests claim these areas on a first-come, first-served basis. One area lies between a 6-m (20-ft) oval saltwater pool and a four-person spa tub on a clifftop platform.

The resort supplies snorkeling gear for use among the coral formations along the cliffs as well as floats and kayaks, which staff members carry down the cliffs on request. Bicycles are also available for exploring the West End.

Independent operators charge for motorized water sports like jet skiing, parasailing, and banana-boating along Seven Mile Beach, which consists of the principal beach-resort areas of Long Bay and Bloody Bay. Seven Mile Beach begins 6 km (3.75 mi) from the resort. Numerous dive centers along Seven Mile Beach offer scuba-diving instruction/certification and scuba-diving/snorkeling excursions.

The nearest golf course, Negril Hills Golf Club, is 12 km (7.5 mi) away.
