Botanical Gardens - The Botanical Garden of Nevis is a five-minute walk from Montpelier and is actually on the grounds of the original plantation. The gardens are an incredible collection of palms, orchids, cacti, flowering trees and waterfalls.

Mountain Bike Nevis - Mountain Biking is one of the many new adventure sports in the Caribbean, and Nevis is an excellent place to enjoy it. Though small, the island of Nevis offers an abundance of trails and tracks to suit all levels of fitness and ability. There are also a number of cultural and historical sites to visit making rest stops interesting too. Why not join Winston and his crew at Windsurf 'n' Mountain Bike Nevis for an off-road mountain bike adventure you won't forget. The tours are tailored to your fitness level and can require no more energy than a good hike.

Golf - The renowned Robert Trent Jones II course, a part of The Four Seasons Resort, is open to all island visitors. The course is set amongst the plantation ruins and offers dramatic views of the sea and the neighboring island of St. Kitts

Hiking - Hike through the rain-forest, to ancient water sources or in search of wild growing medicinal plants. Hikes can be arranged for different fitness levels– including the chance to summit Nevis Peak. There are also trails that can be explored without the aid of a guide. Take an experienced guide and explore the historical ruins of the old sugar plantations.

Horseback Riding - Ride along the beach, through the ruins of sugar plantations and the tropical forest. A riding holiday can be specially arranged for you.
