The Flying Pizza is ideal for quick, casual lunches and dinners, featuring delicious pizzas, calzones, and other Italian favorites. Take-out and delivery are also available. Relax after your tennis match at the Racquet Science Grill, an outdoor snack bar by the tennis pro shop, offering sandwiches, cold beers and more. Oliva’s Restaurant, nestled in a clearing near the tennis center, serves enticing pasta specialties, a variety of Italian-style starters and sweet desserts. Located at the Palmas Del Mar Country Club, is the Bamboo fine dining restaurant and the Otoki Bar and Grill directed by the well-known chef Dane Smith offering international favorites as well as the chef’s own special creations. The Villas at Palmas Golf  We are considered the premier golf destination of the Caribbean, with two oceanfront, par 72 championship courses: the Palm Course designed by Gary Player, and the Flamboyan Course designed by Rees Jones. Both courses offer challenges to the most experienced of players as well as breathtaking ocean vistas. To improve your game, the golf professionals are available for private lessons. It also provides ample areas to practice your putting, driving, short game and sand trap shots. The tennis center is the largest in the Caribbean with 20 clay and hard courts, 7 of which are lighted for night play. Year-round activities include group & private lessons, tennis clinics, doubles round robins, tennis shows, and junior programs.
