St. Barth Properties Resort, Resort Hotel Vacations, Honeymoons and Travel Packages

Welcome to St. Barth Properties
St. Bart Properties came into being quite by accident. President, Peg Walsh , loved to plan annual vacations to the Caribbean. After traveling to many other islands, St. Barts was the destination of choice for the March 1986 trip
It was love at first sight and Peg knew that she need not bother travel to any other island. Nothing could possibly compare to this tiny paradise. It was a dream come true. On impulse, she bought a small apartment and listed it with a local rental company, who did very little to market the property.
Peg decided to advertise the apartment herself, which generated phone calls from people who were yearning for more information about the island and its accommodations. Peg wanted to offer small, individualized service to people interested in traveling to St. Barthélemy. In March of 1989, Peg opened the office of St. Bart Properties and began helping clients "live their dream" by introducing them to the beauty of St. Bart's.
St. Barth Properties Resort Dining
Selecting where to dine each evening will be one of your most difficult decisions. St. Barth is renowned for its fine restaurants offering the best food in the Caribbean. Reservations are recommended in high season. Whether it be a savory langouste served beach side, succulent escargots delivered to your hillside table or, as a grand finale, an incredible creme brulee served to you as you gaze at the stars, you will always remember the exceptional dining experience of St. Bart.
Sample a gourmet repast prepared in the traditional French manner or try a fabulous pasta or pizza, Italian style. French Vietnamese and creole cooking add to the myriad of choices. Sit at a small sidewalk bistro in Gustavia and enjoy watching the world go by. Dress is always casual. (Leave your jacket and tie at home!!)
Don't worry, the island experts at St. Bart Properties send confirmed clients suggestions on their favorite places to eat. Their frequent trips to St. Bart enable them to be current with the very latest restaurant happenings. Clients often call when they return to offer opinions on their selections. No one is ever disappointed!
St. Barth Properties Resort Food & Wine
There are many grocery stores scattered all over the island of St. Baths. MATCH is across the street from the airport and is the biggest "supermarket" in St. Bart. Great selection of fresh products (cheeses, meats, fruits and produce) as well as a fine selection of wines, alcohol and newspapers (US and French).
The ASB family of supermarkets offer various locations for all your grocery needs. This includes La Superette de l'Aéroport (formerly named SPAR and before that Uniq Plus) which is next to the gas station that is adjacent to the airport, AMC in Gustavia which is always well stocked, the Mini Mart in Lorient and the Epicerie de la Place in Anse des Cayes. Jo-Jo in Lorient has a new market with much to offer shoppers including convenience to those staying towards the eastern end of the island.
The Mono shop in Marigot is convenient to the Pointe Milou/Grand Cul de Sac area. Au Soleil Levant in Anse des Cayes has wholesale prices and sells in bulk if you need to stock up for the big party. Ed Greaux will help you with your purchases.
