Designed in the traditional West Indian style, this home is furnished with elegant antiques and finished with luxe touches such as Egyptian cotton towels. One pavilion flanks the large and sunny pool deck and its dining cabana, housing the air-conditioned, sumptuous master suite complete with romantic queen four-poster bed, wet bar, and sitting room.

The main pavilion offers a second master suite with air-conditioning and a four-poster king bed, two additional air-conditioned bedrooms with twin beds, the superbly-equipped kitchen and the Great Room with vaulted ceiling. Relax and watch a movie in the elegant Great Room from an overstuffed armchair, or create gourmet meals in the superbly-equipped kitchen or on the built-in gas grill on the terrace, and dine in style at the 9-foot mahogany table.

Adjoining the Great Room is the bar offering an inspiring ocean view. French doors open from all rooms to the spacious and sunny pool deck for lounging and tanning. An architectural dream, beautifully appointed, and overlooking the blue Caribbean, perfect for a memorable vacation, a wedding or family reunion!

Rental Notes:
SATURDAY-to-SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY IN HIGH SEASON. 

Sugar Bay House is available for weddings, family reunions, meetings and other functions or parties:  Parties are limited to a maximum of 40 persons (but only a maximum of 8 persons may stay at the villa overnight). For functions, the villa rents at the maximum (7- to 8-person) seasonal rate, PLUS a surcharge of $750 for holding the function at Sugar Bay House. The fully-refundable damage deposit increases to $1000 for all functions. No events may be held the day before departure, but must be scheduled earlier during your stay. All details and plans for your function, including a full list of outside personnel (caterers, wedding planning company and staff, etc.) MUST be fully disclosed to us in writing well before your arrival!

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
