Tastefully designed and furnished with custom Balinese teak pieces and Danish country antiques, this unique, spacious and fully-screened home offers a lovely sunrise/sunset double view of Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole. It offers four equal-sized, air-conditioned master bedroom suites in two pavilions on either side of the Great Room pavilion, with all three pavilions opening to the garden courtyard and pool, hot tub, and built-in grill area overlooking sailboats moored just below in Chocolate Hole. A short flight of stairs lead down past the exercise room and to the regulation-size-tennis and basketball court below. And 25 yards across the garden planted with flowers, tropical fruits and vegetables, along a lighted path with palm trees, is the two-story, fully air-conditioned Guest House, which offers two more bedroom/bath suites and its own jacuzzi swimming pool. Two excellent snorkeling beaches are within walking distance of this villa, and it's only 2 miles to Cruz Bay, then a bit further to St. John's famous National Park Beaches beyond town, all on paved roads. Maximum privacy in a breeze-swept and scenic setting, combined with the innovative design of this impressive home and lots of custom and luxurious extras, makes Great Expectations an excellent choice for a sun-filled holiday - be sure to book early to get the dates you want!

* During the winter season, guests may rent all 4 bedrooms in the Main Villa, plus the 5th bedroom on the lst floor of the Guest House (owners will be on the upper floor during the winter season), and also the Studio Exercise Room (half the size of the 5 main bedrooms, so only suitable for 1 adult, or 2 teenagers), for a total of 6 bedrooms. During the summer/fall season, guests may rent these 6 bedrooms as described above, as well as the Owners' Apartment on the upper level of the Guest House (which is twice the size of the 4 Main Villa bedrooms + the 1 Guest House lower floor bedroom) for a total of 7 bedrooms, from JUNE 1 - OCTOBER 31 ONLY.
