Anse Chastanet Resort, Resort Hotel Vacations, Honeymoons and Travel Packages

What were Caribbean hotels like before trade winds were replaced by blasts of air conditioning, when morning exercise was a walk on the beach and not hot water aerobics, and when you sat watching the sunset instead of cable TV? You can still find out at Anse Chastanet Resort on St. Lucia's unspoiled southwestern Caribbean coast.

Ever since architect Nick Troubetzkoy first purchased the first 14 hillside units, and throughout the expansion and renovation that followed, design in harmony with nature, complementing the island’s natural beauty, has remained his focal point. The 600-acre site is a lush garden of tropical foliage bordering one of the island’s best beaches, where soft silver sands dip into the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean. A second beach, Anse Mamin, belonging to the estate is just around the corner and can be reached by the Resort’s water taxi. St Lucia’s trademark green peaks - the Gros and Petit Pitons - make for a dramatic backdrop. No two rooms at Anse Chastanet are exactly alike. Twelve beach level units are tucked away behind the coconut palms, just steps from the water’s edge and the resort’s renowned SSI Platinum Pro/PADI dive facility. Perched on the hill are Anse Chastanet’s original rooms; cheery white-washed cottages with wrap-around wooden balconies. These octagonal-shaped “gazebos” offer splendid views of the Pitons and the sea, framed by an abundance of flourishing blossoms. Chairs and beds are covered in madras prints - a traditional island fabric of bright plaid woven with the same colours as the ginger lilies, anthuriums and bouganvillaea found in every room.
Anse Chastanet Resort Accommodations
ANSE CHASTANET offers 49 individually designed rooms, 37 of which are scattered about a lush hillside, and 12 which are nestled within a tropical garden at beach level.

Anse Chastanet Resort Cuisine
At ANSE CHASTANET's Treehouse Restaurant, we have created and celebrate award winning Tropical World Cuisine, blending Caribbean cuisine with other world cuisine experiences, from French to Mediterranean and from Fusion to New World cuisine.
ANSE CHASTANET is very actively involved with the island's local farmers to assist them in understanding which produce is essential to our culinary style. Together with ANSE CHASTANET'S horticultural team, we have recently been further expanding ANSE CHASTANET'S own gardens, cultivating fresh herbs and fresh fruits which are grown amidst the historical ruins of the Anse Mamin plantation, part of ANSE CHASTANET'S 600 acre estate. The dinner menu changes daily and consists of a 4 course meal served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artwork. Part of the Piton Restaurant is the Treehouse, where diners are seated in an open-air area amidst treetops as the name suggests. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Weddings
Tropical island weddings are getting more and more popular, whether or not you plan to elope to paradise exclusively with your loved one or with your relatives and friends in tow.

Spa
Located at beach level, the Kai Belté Spa was designed by architect owner Nick Troubetzkoy in the same airy and "in harmony with nature" style his resort guest rooms are renowned for, yet affording complete privacy.
Professionally trained terapists offer a wide range of treatments, including Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Newly added services include shiatsu and ANSE CHASTANET'S own version of La Stone therapy, called Wosh Cho, patois for hot stone. Hair treatments include a tantalizing scalp and neck massage, based on Indian massage principles and reflexology. Also available are Ayurvedic treatments.
