Glencastle Resort Accommodations  The Glencastle Resort hotel is nestled in the hillside of Gros Islet overlooking the scenic Rodney Bay marina. The hotel has two swimming pools for easy accessibilty by our guests. The main pool, is convieniently located near the bar and restaurant; ideal for a refreshing dip or a poolside drink. The rooftop pool has a uniform 4ft depth, ideal for children, a game of volleyball or doing laps. The shady roof-top gazebo bar serves tropical drinks and snacks from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. and is a wonderful spot to watch the dramatic sunsets for which the Caribbean is famous. Our facility has two conference rooms to suit your needs.Rooms All of our thirty rooms are beautifully appointed and feature several amenities to make your stay a "home away from home". You have a choice of Superior Ocean View or Standard Garden View rooms - Single/Double with 1 King Size bed or 2 Queen Size beds (up to 4 persons). All have private balconies, many of which have views of the Rodney Bay Marina and the mountains beyond. Glencastle Resort Restaurant "La Pomme Cannelle" Restaurant offers a Creole and International Cuisine with European flavourings, deliciously prepaired by our Caribbean chef and his well trained team. Our Saturday night Barbecue Every Saturday we host a barbecue for our guests on the outside patio of our restaurant where you can enjoy some music and the company of other guests. We serve an unbelievable array of choices in local cuisine including barbecued sea food. Calabash Bar Relax at our bar for pre- or post- drinks or just to unwind at the end of a long day. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to midnight from Monday to Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on weekends.
