There are 155 oases at The Body Holiday. They're called rooms.
 Your room is a virtual retreat with all the amenities you need to relax and find peace and quiet. It can be an elegant and opulent two-room suite. Or it can be a chic haven for a person traveling alone. As you will discover from the listing below, our rooms come in many shapes and sizes, but one thing they all have in common is a feeling of first-class comfort and privacy. Every room has a hair dryer and a plentiful supply of toiletries, and every guest gets a white cotton robe for lounging and wearing on the way to appointments for "Body Treats". Many rooms come with well-furnished balconies that overlook the sea, while some have tropical garden views. Balconies are perfect spots for taking in The Body Holiday's beauty, perhaps over a continental breakfast or a glass of sparkling wine at sunset when the sky turns to fire. Of course, all rooms are air-conditioned and there is not a TV set in sight… in your oasis of peace. Direct dial telephones and our internet cafe keeps you in touch with the outside world as much or as little as you prefer. Other amenities include 110/220-volt outlets (in most rooms), clock radio, in-room safe, and razor connections. To accommodate the rapidly growing singles market, we have created a new block of dedicated single rooms. These rooms are of generous size and are fabulously furnished with Pulaski Collection furniture and a Queen size, four-poster bed. They each have a garden view but not balconies. They are priced for single occupancy. These rooms are also ideal for teenagers with parents in house.
Luxury Rooms  These rooms have a four-poster, draped king size bed or two twin beds, mini fridge, marble floors, rattan chairs and writing desk. Soft furnishings are in pastel colours. Walls are decorated with rare hummingbird prints. Bathrooms have marble vanity with double sinks. French doors open out onto a private balcony. Located on an elevated three/four storey building with a garden view.Luxury Ocean View Rooms These rooms have a four-poster, draped king size bed or two twin beds, mini fridge, marble floors, rattan chairs and writing desk. Premier Oceanview Rooms Located on the highest level of the hotel, with a private, breath-taking view of the hotel, the Ocean and the coastline of St. Lucia. All these rooms have four-poster mahogany, King size beds or two twin beds. Rooms have mini fridges, tea making facilities, mahogany top writing desks and are furnished with lounge chairs. Soft goods are in pastel colors, bathrooms have granite vanity with one sink, and Kohler Body all-over jet showers. French doors open out onto a balcony or terrace, which is furnished with wicker outdoor armchairs and dining table.
Deluxe Oceanfront Rooms Located adjacent to the sea, you can hear the sea breaking in fornt of your balcony. The rooms are decorated with luxurious funishings an dhave mini fridges, tea making facilities, I-pod docks, and leather, mahogany top writing desks. Contemporary natural bathrooms feature two beautiful blue glass basins sitting on a travertine vanity next to a Kohler Body all-over jet shower. The large bathrooms benefit from a vanity table for a lady's convenience. The floors are fnished in natural stone and cedar wood work adds a beatiful luxurious finish. All the rooms are fitted with eco friendly power control systems. The bedrooms are furnished with either King size four poster bed or two twin beds. The balcony is furnished with comfortable wicker armchairs with foot rests and a coffee table.
Grand Luxury Ocean Front Rooms  Located in a four-storey building with a panoramic view of the ocean, these rooms were completed in 1999 and are richly furnished with mahogany, and a dramatic King size, four-poster bed. There’s a mini fridge, fabulous large marbled bathroom with bath and shower, marble make- up vanity, separate marble sink vanity and a generous balcony overlooking the ocean with patio furniture.G rand Luxury Ocean Front Junior Suites
Furnished as the Grand Luxury Ocean Front rooms but with the added luxury of a comfortable and beautifully furnished sitting room area with plush arm chairs.
Grand Luxury Ocean Front Suites Located on the top floor of a two-storey building adjacent to the sea, both units have two separate rooms – bedroom and living room- divided by double doors and adjoining another guest room, providing the option of a two-bedroom suite. Each suite has a wet bar and CD player in the sitting room and marble floors throughout. The double balcony is furnished with loungers, and table.

During your stay, you have the option to consult with one of our Body Guides to do an analysis of your health and fitness profile. It’s a scheduled retreat and an Oasis of calm, where you can pamper your body and free your mind of the world’s stresses and strains. Oasis therapists are trained in many different massage techniques and use the elemis line of skin care products.
The ceremony takes place in the shade of a beautiful, gingerbread sea-front gazebo. A more perfect setting would be hard to come by, particularly when it is enhanced with tropical flowers and generous glasses of champagne with which the wedding party may toast the bride and groom. And there is something magic about saying, “I do” within sight and sound of the azure Caribbean Sea.
