The Owners who have already bought property at Cotton Bay Village in St Lucia have set high standards in luxury holiday service and facilities in and around the village. Every resident is supplied with a free cell phone on arrival with the numbers of the butler, valet or Girl Friday assigned to their accomodation at their fingertips. They are available throughout the day (and night for villa residents) to carry out all the little chores of independent living that you probably don't want to have to bother with on holiday in St Lucia. All accomodation includes an approppriate level of personal service from one such dedicated staff member.

All Suites are beautifully finished with hardwood floors, traditional timber louvered windows and sheers, to give a Caribbean flavour. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and are en suite with Hans Groher designer fittings. All Master bedrooms rooms in the suits have four-poster beds.

Sitting rooms have TV, CD and DVD players and an eclectic blend of furnishings from painted French furniture, modern metal designs and Colonial Plantation styles, including traditional mahogany.

Tamarind Suites - One or two bedroom luxury apartment suites, which covers over 1300sq feet.

Calabash suites - Spacious 1700sq feet, 2 bedroom apartment suites overlooking the freeform swimming pool.

Coral Penthouse Suites - The epitome of luxury, this 3-bedroom penthouse suite is almost twice the size of a Tamarind. And with over 2400 sq ft of accommodation space, there is more room to spoil; and lavish guests. Especially since this wonderful accommodation includes a roof top sun deck with personal Spa.

Town Houses

With an open lounge, Al Fresco dining terrace, kitchen and breakfast bar, covered dining terrace, three bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in dressing rooms and balconies,) a garden with private swimming pool and a top deck with a private sun terrace and Jacuzzi, Plantation’s Terracotta Townhouses are both elegant and stylish.

Chateau Mangos

Chateau Mangos are our most luxurious three bedroom villas. Ideal for a family, group of friends or even a business gathering, these villas are the envy of The Plantation. Beautiful exterior coral renderings and an entrance fountain immediately welcomes you to this lavish dwelling. An entrance lobby opens up to a grand sitting area and a teak dinning room with glazed vaulted ceilings. An open terrace, garden with dining gazebo and private pool, makes for the perfect out doors. Because Chateau Mangoes are on one level, with high ceilings, there is a wonderful feeling of freedom and space. These villas are perfect for BBQ evenings around the pool, especially since it comes with your own personal butler and dedicated maid to look after you and your guests.

Cotton Houses

For the ultimate in colonial style Caribbean living, the Cotton Houses are the largest properties at The Plantation on Cotton Bay and can sleep up to 10 people. Some Cotton houses feature an additional guest cottage, perfect for teenagers, a nanny or a live in butler should you wish.

The Cotton houses are two storey affairs with double vaulted ceilings set off with a stunning chandelier. You ascend to the first floor via a mahogany staircase to a gallery from which three gorgeous en suite bedrooms are found. Bathrooms are completed with Philippe Stark designer fittings. The master bedroom has a huge dressing room and bathroom and a large sun terrace. This terrace is also designed to open up from the gallery, which is wonderful for hosting guests or holding a house party. A drawing room sits below the gallery and a stylish covered dining terrace leads to an exterior sun deck, a garden with dinning gazebo and swimming pool. The ground floor also boasts a family TV room, en suite guest bedroom, kitchen, laundry and pantry. The kitchen is beautifully appointed featuring a central preparation table in marble.

True barefoot elegance is the feeling at “Fourteen Sixty One” – just about the most chic beach restaurant you have ever seen. From BBQ to Foie Gras, cold beer to champagne there’s something for any mood all day long. A La Carte Breakfast and lunch fare available until 6:30pm. Dinner is served A La Carte from 6:30pm – 10:00pm, 6 nights a week; Caribbean Barbeque and family beach party once a week.

Piano Piano

Cotton Bay Village is pleased to announce the opening of "Piano Piano" fine dining restaurant and bar. This new restaurant combines a relaxing Champagne bar designed in true elegance with a spectacular restaurant. The food is a fusion of Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours and uses influences from Morocco, Spain, Greece and Italy. Much of the produce used is organic and this style of cuisine lends itself to vibrant presentation and lots of colour.

This state of the art, beautifully interior designed spa features “Elemis” products and an extraordinary range of treatments. The Casuarina is the only spa in Saint Lucia to feature a Moroccan “ Rasul”; a state of the art computerized treatment room. While sitting comfortably in your Rasul chair, you can select various muds and clays for the body treatments of your choice.

The room releases hot steam, which promotes open pores and readies the skin for absorption. This process takes place in semi darkness with only the light from gleaming fiber optic stars and moon. A rain shower then appears from above, to wash away the mud! Each villa is equipped with state of the art entertainment and games systems and “The Hummingbird Club”, for children aged 3-7, is a must for adventurous children who would like to learn a bit about our country and its secrets. Toddlers can be accommodated, accompanied by a nanny. A daily programme of land and water activities is provided for older children and teens.

The Plantation is also the perfect place to host family gatherings or reunions. Cotton Houses have elaborate galleries, which can accommodate parties of at least 20 and private Chefs and butlers make entertaining easy.
