Lunch is available from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, with snacks served beachside from 11:30am to 5:00pm. An extensive menu with gilled specialties is also available. Dress code is casual, with cover-ups at lunch. A Caribbean Buffet Dinner is available at The Bayside Grill on Friday nights from 7:00pm to 10:30pm. Local entertainment highlighting the culture of Saint Lucia is featured during dinner. Our talented group of entertainers will provide you with wonderful displays of fire-eating, limbo dancing and live music. And yes, feel free to join in if you wish! The Pier Restaurant The Pier Restaurant is set on the edge of the ocean, with dramatic views of the Pitons. Enjoy sumptuous A-La-Carte menus that feature fresh seafood while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach as the waves lap onto the Pier. This restaurant is open six nights a week from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The dress code is casual. Reservations are not required for this restaurant, however they are preferred. The Plantation Room

Wedding dates and times can be confirmed a period of at least 3-6 months before the set dates. You may also decide on a denominational of non-denominational wedding. The location, whether on our grounds or the nearest church is up to you. Private dinners and cocktail receptions can also be arranged at an additional cost, which vary depending on the menu selections. These arrangements must be made in advance with the wedding coordinator at the resort. Remember, you need to have spent three working days on the island before you can wed and you must have your original documents with you.. Buy a Villa Would you like the chance to own a villa in this truly breathtaking location? All the existing cottages here at the Jalousie Plantation are being completely renovated to a very high standard and sold as the Villas of Jalousie. The renovations are taking place in small clusters so as not to intrude or disturb the existing hotel. The concept is a buy-to-let one. Owners buy the villa and can live in it for four weeks a year inclusive of all food, beverages and hotel amenities and the rest of the year the hotel will manage it as part of the hotel inventory. Whilst the hotel is being renovated and other facilities also being upgraded, owners are guaranteed a 5% return on the investment from the date of handover of the villa. Daily buffet breakfast on an open-air terrace overlooking forbidden beach is available from 7:30am – 10:30am. Dress code is casual with cover-up over bathing suits.
Enjoy fine dining in a intimate air-conditioned setting nightly from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The Plantation Room serves International Caribbean fusion cuisine. Fresh vegetables used in the preparation of the menu items are organically grown to add a special flavour to our highest quality dining. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Dress code is elegantly casual, with no shorts, jeans, caps or T-shirts.

At The Jalousie Plantation we are family friendly and want to ensure that your children, as well as you, have a holiday to remember. Therefore, we provide supervised activities for children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. For children under the age of 5 we would prefer a parent or older sibling to be in attendance with the child. These activities are both fun and educational combining Rain forest environment and Marine Biology with story telling, dance classes and craft making. The services of the Learning Centre are complementary to our guests.
