Cuzzin's Caribbean Restaurant & Bar Once a livery stable and cook shop more than a century ago, the building housing Cuzzin's Restaurant on Back Street has been transformed into a comfortable dining room boasting fresh Virgin Island dishes and seafood. Gladys' Café This charming café in Royal Dane Mall serves breakfast and lunch, Monday through Saturday, for hungry St. Thomas shoppers looking for a true taste of native cuisine. Schnitzel Haus Visitors and islanders enjoy German cuisine at the Schnitzel Haus. This restaurant specializes in veal dishes and other German cuisine, from Weiner Schnitzel (lightly breaded veal served with lemon wedges) to Jager Schnitzel (breaded veal topped with bacon, onions, and mushrooms).
