Agave Terrace at Point Pleasant Resort
Perched on a cliff overlooking nearby St. John, Agave Terrace specializes in fresh seafood dishes individually prepared for each guest. Enjoy local lobster or one of the day's fresh catches, along with a tropical drink or a selection from the restaurant's award-winning wine list.

Banana Tree Grille
Famous for its stunning views of Charlotte Amalie, Banana Tree Grille perches high above the cruise ships and yachts in the harbor below from its legendary lookout at Blackboard's Castle Hotel (and on property at Bluebeard's Castle as well). Formerly called Entre Nous, the restaurant offers entrees such as Thai-glazed salmon, coconut tempura shrimp, and raspberry cabernet chicken, plus many great steak and pasta dishes. Key lime pie headlines the dessert menu, along with ice cream crepes and bananas Foster.


Blue Moon Cafe
Palm trees along the beach and boats at anchor in the bay set the scene at this beach side restaurant at Secret Harbour Beach Resort on St. Thomas' east end. Beach-goers wander in to enjoy a lunch menu of salads and tortilla-style sandwiches. Dinner guests enjoy an excellent selection of salmon, mahi mahi, steak, and prime rib dishes. Open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.


Caesar's
Charlotte Amalie harbor provides a serene backdrop for this classic Italian restaurant at Marriott Frenchman's Reef Beach Resort. Come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Monday through Saturday.


Café Wahoo
Located on St. Thomas' east end adjacent to the Red Hook ferry dock, Cafe Wahoo boasts an eclectic menu of seafood and local favorites, including entrees with French, Italian, and Spanish influences.


Club Rhino Tropical Café
Visitors who need a break from Charlotte Amalie's shopping should stop for lunch at Club Rhino Tropical Café. Conveniently located in Palm Passage, this open-air restaurant offers Caribbean-American dishes using local ingredients. Once lunch is complete, visitors can resume their shopping at Club Rhino's retail shop next door.


Craig & Sally's
This intimate French town restaurant has received rave reviews in its four-year history for its eclectic cuisine with an international flair. Entrees change daily based on chef Sally's whims and inspirations; meals are accompanied by a wine list offering more than 200 choices from around the world. Open Wednesday through Friday for lunch, and Wednesday through Sunday for dinner.


Cuzzin's Caribbean Restaurant & Bar
Once a livery stable and cook shop more than a century ago, the building housing Cuzzin's Restaurant on Back Street has been transformed into a comfortable dining room boasting fresh Virgin Island dishes and seafood. Conch, lobster, and fish are caught daily by island fishermen and prepared by West Indian chefs into curries, stews, and other native dishes. "Cuzzin Nemo" (a melange of shrimp, lobster, conch, and scallops over pasta) is a favorite, especially when accompanied by a local beverage of sea moss, maubi, or ginger beer.


The Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas
This elegant restaurant, with pink marble decor and vaulted ceilings, now offers views of the Caribbean after a recent expansion. Under the supervision of Executive Chef Alain Peraux, chef de cuisine Arnaud Berthelier prepares a stunning array of European specialties. The adjacent lounge, with a hand-carved wooden bar, offers cocktails and a selection of fine cigars


East End Café
Formerly the Big Kahuna, the East End Café specializes in Italian and American fare with daily seafood specialties. Located in Red Hook, the restaurant's ambiance is even more enjoyable with live music Thursday through Saturday.


Fungi's on the Beach
"Reggae Always" is the motto of the newly opened Fungi's on the Beach, a bar and restaurant located on Pineapple Beach at Point Pleasant Resort. Visitors can sample local dinners and West Indian specialties, or choose from Fungi's "All Day & Night Menu" featuring American fare.


Gladys' Café
This charming café in Royal Dane Mall serves breakfast and lunch, Monday through Saturday, for hungry St. Thomas shoppers looking for a true taste of native cuisine. The breakfast menu offers bacon and eggs, omelettes, thick French toast, and freshly baked breads. The lunch menu offers conch and fungi, salt fish and dumplings, and mutton stew. Gladys even bottles her own hot sauce, packaged for diners to carry home as a souvenir.


Herve Restaurant & Wine Bar
Herve, located on historic Government Hill, provides a panoramic view of Charlotte Amalie harbor by day and the sparkle of town by night. Serving a mixed menu of contemporary American and classic French cuisine with a bit of Caribbean flair, Herve offers everything from salads and cheeseburgers to seafood crepes and spicy conch fritters, all with an extensive wine selection.


Hotel 1829
A lovely spot for dinner on St. Thomas, this restaurant is set in a house just above the street on Government Hill. Surrounded by landscaped garden terraces overlooking the town and the harbor, the hotel's charming old-world bar and dining room beckons visitors for a drink or meal amidst old brick walls and ship's ballast. Hotel 1829 offers a light menu of soups and salads, plus daily specials and well-known house favorites such as rack of lamb, mixed seafood grill, and wilted spinach salad. Chocolate or Grand Marnier souffles are popular dessert selections.


Lillian's Caribbean Grill
With its lunch menu changing on a daily basis, Lillian's Caribbean Grill offers visitors the opportunity to try numerous local West Indian dishes throughout the week. Located on the first floor of The Grand Hotel, Lillian's boasts selections such as kallaloo, souse, mutton stew, fried plantains, fungi, pumpkin fritters, and much more. Hot Caribbean breakfast dishes and various side items are also available. Lillian's is open Monday through Saturday, and provides indoor and outdoor courtyard seating.


Lindy's
Locals and visitors alike have eagerly awaited the reopening of this restaurant at St. Thomas' Mafolie Hotel, formerly home to The Frigate. With al fresco dining six nights a week, Lindy's is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular Caribbean sunsets over Charlotte Amalie harbor. Diners choose from an extensive menu of specialty shrimp, crab, and lobster dishes. An equally tempting dessert menu features owner Mary Russ' award-winning fruit tart, key lime pie, and chocolate chip macadamia nut tart.


The New Bryan's Bar & Restaurant
Located on the north side of St. Thomas, Bryan's lets you enjoy a view of Hull Bay while dining indoors or outdoors on the open-air deck. Dine under the stars while enjoying fresh local lobster and seafood caught daily by local fisherman. Their "world famous" baby back ribs and famous crab cakes are popular appetizers


The Pointe at Villa Olga
The Pointe is famous for its spectacular location on the water at historic Villa Olga in French town. Mouth-watering delicacies are served for dinner nightly. Located on the water in the space formerly occupied by The Chart House, the restaurant offers steak, seafood, pasta, and spectacular waterfront views


Sandra's Terrace (Formerly Eunice's Terrace)
Just west of the entrance to the Renaissance Grand Beach Resort sits this pleasantly roomy restaurant famous for its local, West Indian fare. Tempting native dishes such as conch fritters, old wife fish, sweet potatoes, peas and rice, fungi, and fried plantains top the menu, along with daily specials of steak, local fish, and lobster.


Schnitzel Haus
Visitors and islanders enjoy German cuisine at the Schnitzel Haus. This restaurant specializes in veal dishes and other German cuisine, from Weiner Schnitzel (lightly breaded veal served with lemon wedges) to Jager Schnitzel (breaded veal topped with bacon, onions, and mushrooms). All entrees are served with Bratkartoffeln, egg noodles and red cabbage, or "veggies du jour." Appetizers include stuffed mushrooms and homemade soups.


Smuggler's Steak & Seafood Grill
On the grounds of the Renaissance Grand Beach Resort, this handsome tropical pavilion restaurant offers outstanding beef and fresh seafood selections. Known island-wide for its award-winning Sunday brunch, Smuggler's boasts an enticing 12-foot-long, make-your-own Bloody Mary bar.


Tavern on the Beach
Tavern on the Beach serves regional American cuisine with a Caribbean flair overlooking the beautiful white sands of Marriott's Morning Star Beach. Open 6:30-10 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
