So sorry for the delayed response. Its taken us this long to settle back in from the trip. Work was crazy when we got back and we've been busy unpacking and putting away wedding gifts. :-) We had a wonderful time on the honeymoon. Everything was great and went off without a hitch. So sorry for the confusion around the excursion. I believe that ended up being my fault. I was confused about the date and didn't double check your email. My bad. We're so glad we did the excursion. I think that was probably the best day of the trip. The resort was great. Its such an unusual feeling to be able to eat and drink as much as you want at no cost. Its kind of fun. The food was pretty good. I would say breakfast was their weakest meal. Dinner at the restaurants every night was great though. We did some snorkeling and sailing as well that the resort offered for free. That was great because it gave us something to keep us busy without booking another excursion. We also took advantage of the opportunity to check out the other resorts. We went to the Sandals Grand one day for lunch. That was another great way to have a small adventure for free. I definitely think you recommended the best of the 3 resorts. The beach at La Toc was much better than the Grand. We got there with no problem. The car service was the best idea ever. The roads in St. Lucia are super small and winding and the little vans they have for the 1.5 hour transfer is not the place you want to be after a long plane right. We got to the resort relaxed and happy and when we saw the people who took the van, they all looked green and sick (we actually saw one girl loose her lunch out the side of a moving van on the drive in). Our driver was great and it was so nice to be able to pepper him with questions about the island. I highly recommend this to any other travelers heading to the same resort. That's all I can think of for now. Happy to share more if you have any questions. Ultimately everything went smoothly because of your help. I can't thank you enough for everything. You were so wonderful and I was relaxed the whole trip knowing you had everything taken care of for us.

If you are wondering if this is THE Sandy Lane, YES! It is THE Sandy Lane!! I wanted somewhere Romantic to stay for our one night on Barbados before going on a cruise and my travel agent found me the most Romantic place I have ever stayed at!! It is a bit pricey but I wanted to splurge since we were only here for one night.

The grounds are lush with tropical greenery, flowering shrubs, bougainvillea, hummingbirds (black ones!), buildings spread out and a feeling of elegance and spaciousness. On a tiny island this was surprising to see a hotel this spread out, the spa over in a separate building, spacious shopping areas, restaurant. The buildings were constructed of coral cut into blocks and then painted.

We were greeted with a (much needed) ice cold wet towel and a refreshing cold fruit drink served on a silver tray by a lovely woman with the whitest teeth I have ever seen! We were then walked down the polished marble open-aired hallways to our room.

Entering the "room" (it is so not doing it justice to call it that!!) you enter into a polished marble entry and continue on into the room passing an entire wall of 2 double french doored closets on the left with a refridgerator packed full of goodies, an espresso maker with an entire basket full of all flavors of coffee. Mirrored Bar area, bathroom on the right (more about the bathroom later) side of the hallway.

Finally you come to the bedroom area that leads out to a set of double sliding glass doors leading to another (very private!!) room outdoors furnished with two settees, two padded deep arm chairs, coffee table, side tables...a lovely and romantic outdoor area with solid walls for privacy, open to the outside at one wall. We spent many an hour here with our room service brought right to us, watching the hummingbirds, listening to the crickets(?) as the sun went down, revelling in the warm air and having time to just sit and be together!! This outdoor room makes all the difference!! Ours was on the ground floor so if a person walked by on the garden path (none did) they could see in to our private room if they looked our way...the advantage is that you can walk right out into the gardens and to the beach....on an upper floor you would trade more privacy for not being able to walk out onto the beach in the moonlight...we chose beach!

Inside the air conditioning is on (by choice) and outside you have a sense of being in the tropics where the air is sultry and heavy.

The bedroom area was large, spacious as is the entire property, very comfortable duvets, beautiful bedding, high thread count, desk area with all the amenities...
What I loved is that we could go out the double doors outside, slide our key card thru the slot and leave our room from the garden/beach area rather than having to go out the front door and around!!

The curtains, sheers, lights, could all be controlled from several convenient panels placed around the room, including by the bed side.

One word of advice: if you go to the Sunday Brunch, be prepared to spend several hours eating and drinking! No dashing in for a quick plate because the cost is very high you want to make sure you allow plenty of time to take it all in!! Sushi Chef was my favorite!! Ahi Tuna fresh! Beautiful presentations througout, was it worth it? I have been to some absolutely stunning Sunday Brunches and I would say that this is a bit overpriced.

I think if privacy is an issue for you this would be a great place to get away for a Romantic time!!

Oh, I forgot about the Bathrooms....if I ever build another house I am duplicating this bathroom!!!!!!!! Dream Shower....large, 3 different shower heads to choose from including one just for your feet, the bathtub was large enough for 2 people and had more jets than you can imagine, toilet in a seperate room with bidet (yeah!!), double marble sinks, so many shelves and cupboards that weren't already full of "hotel" supplies.

This room was made to come and stay for at least a week...tons of storage space, cupboards, drawers, even in the bathroom....a place where you can unpack, settle in and get lost in the Romance for a few weeks!!

Next time we will come for several weeks! Thanks to my TA for this great recommendation!!

Hi: We had a great few days. No surprises, which is always good. The service was incredible and our accommodations at The Cove Paradise Island were very nice. We had a great ocean view from the 17th floor. One thing that did come up was the room itself. We had requested a king with a pull out sofa. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa so it actually worked out ok since the sofa bed would have been too small for both kids. All in all a great trip albeit too short.

   Well we made it back with no issues. Got to the Barbados airport at 5:00 AM so had some time to have the agent work things out. First agent was a little worrisome when she said we were not on any flights that day. Then another agent took over and she got us on the flight and even in first class still. Overall made it home the same day as scheduled only about 5 hours later. Thanks to the Palm Island staff, otherwise we may still be on Union Island. As I had mentioned on the phone the trip was great. Definitely would go back to Palm Island. Food was very good with a lot of choices each night. The service was good and your glass never went dry. They definitely did not scrimp on the food portions or drinks which we have run into at other all-inclusive. Plenty of room to rome around the island. Spent most of the time on the opposite side from the resort on a very secluded beach with hammock and picnic table. Pretty much did not see any one else the entire trip except at dinner. Beachfront accommodations were very nice. We were only 25 foot from the water so each night slept to the sounds of the waves.

Well another very successful trip, thanks to you. Time to start looking at the next one.

We got home late last night. The trip was wonderful! The best weather ever - one day of rain early, and then clouds, but it ended up perfect because we did a snorkeling excursion that day and as the kids were already a bit burnt, saved their hides - literally! Other than that, mid 80's the whole week, low's in the mid 70's - beautiful.
The resort is perfect for a spring break for high schoolers (of which there were many) because it was large enough to offer a selection of restaurants, but small enough that it was fairly easy to keep an eye on the kids. I might not recommend it to families with young kids or older couples with no children, unless they like the party atmosphere - at least during the spring break weeks - it must be a much different place at other times.
The food was excellent - and my husband did not end up sick, for the first time ever!!! He was VERY happy about that. I did hear that a couple of kids in another group got sick, but who knows if that was from drinking or what. Perhaps they drank too much and then forgot not to drink the tap water.
The kids had a blast, other than everyone really missed Marc and his mom, but they managed to enjoy themselves, and behaved themselves pretty well too.
I would go back again and would recommend this resort and Punta Cana to anyone considering it.
Your help through all of that was greatly appreciated. Again, I am so glad we booked through you - we will contact you again I'm sure in the future, and will continue to recommend you to all our friends!

Bermuda was incredible! Beautiful and so clean. The people are so nice. We are definitely going to try and return some day, hopefully sooner than later. The beaches are fabulous and the water an incredible blue. Our hotel was very nice, the food was soso, but I didn't have to cook, so that was a good thing. I am really glad we booked our trip through Travelwizard. The service was great. Beeline was at the airport with a sign and when we got ready to leave, they were there on time to pick us up, while other folks had to wait awhile for their taxis to come. One question I do have for you; there is a flight from Phily to Portland that leaves at 6:05pm. We could have connected with that one, but our luggage was booked through on the next flight. Was there some reason that you didn't get us on the 6:00 plane? The layover wasn't that bad, really. We got a chance to have an official Phily Steak and Cheese at the resturaunt!! Anyway, when we go again, we would try for the earlier flight. I can't say enough good things about Bermuda. It was an awesome trip!!

The stay at the Hyatt in Aruba was great. It was a really nice hotel. The people were friendly and the facilities were great. Since we were travelling as a family the fact that the hotel had a slide by their pool was a huge bonus. The wildlife in their gardens always proved to be interesting.
When we checked in they had given us a 3 room suite (as apposed to the two room suite that we booked). It gave us a really nice room combination. They also gave us access to the concierge floor which made a significant difference to our stay.    We are not sure why these two changes were made but we thoroughly enjoyed them.
Staying in this area proved to be a good choice. I do not believe that staying in the city would have been as good as the palm beach area. We also found a great restaurant that was not on the hotels recommendations or any others that we could find. It was a Thai/Indonesian place called Sawasdee. www.sawasdee-aruba.com
Its worth recommending it if that ever comes up in conversation.Everything that we booked with you worked out perfectly and there were no problems with any of the arrangements. It was a great trip all round.

Well good morning!

I used yesterday to rest as we were pretty tired when we got home.

Coral Beach Club rated a 10+ for us! It was beautiful! Turns out one of the top 3 snorkel places on the island was in front of the villas. Tim took over 300 underwater pictures and they are fantastic. When we got there they assigned us to a 3 bedroom villa instead of 2 so we had this HUGE place all to outselves. It also was the last one on the end so the privacy was awsome. Also since it was uprated the pool was also a lap pool which I really enjoyed.

Though we used very little of the services they provide the staff was great. Everyone was really friendly.

Would I recommend this place? Yes, in a heartbeat!

My complaints would be the roads on the island and the cost of food. BUT it was all worth it!

We really had a great time!

The trip was like a dream come true. The best part arriving at Caneel Bay, was having a beautiful room with ocean view, when we were expecting a view of the tennis courts! WOW! The upgrade was fantastic.

The grounds were more beautiful than the photos, breakfast was phenomenal, and we drank every last drop of rum left as a gift in our room. RELAXATION! The snorkeling was the best we have experienced. We spent a lot of our time in the water. We rented a dingy to tour the island by sea, and couldn't have had a better time.

Thank you for your help in setting up our trip! We will never forget the time we had! We will be calling you on our next trip!

I've been meaning to email you ever since we returned home! I've been so busy! Jeff and I were so happy to have booked this vacation through you. It definately exceeded our expectations. Corrina, I couldn't have asked for it to be any better...other than the fact that I would have liked to have stayed longer! Jeff and I both agree on that point. The resort was perfect: not too big and not too small. Couples only was definately the way to go. The food was EXCELLENT! We tried everything and enjoyed it all thoroughly. Unfortunately, we were unable to get reservations for the French resturant and almost not for the Thai resturant because they were completely booked when we checked for reservations on Tuesday morning. I'm not complaining at all because we still got in to the Thai resturant after being on the wait list, but it's something to let you know in case you book other couples there so maybe they can get reservations before they get there, ya know? Those two resturants book up FAST. The weather was great for us coming from all the snow we'd had right before we left IL. The Jamaicans were complaining about how COLD it was in Jamaica!! We had several good laughs on that point. It was windy, but still nice. Everyone was SO extremely nice and friendly there. All the staff there was a lot of fun, and it was nice to get on a first name basis with some of them after seeing them each day.

   It was everything we hoped for and more. I really don't have any complaints! I just wish it would have lasted longer. But thank you so much again Corrina. I have all of my photos on my facebook page if you want to check them out.

THank you again for everything, and if we are able to do another vacation sometime...maybe not in the near future unfortunately...we'll DEFINATELY go to you first. You helped us from day one and were so kind even after we had to make changes.

The trip was amazing! We had so much fun! Thank you so much for helping us to book this trip and setting us up at the Couples Tower Isle. I would recommend this resort to anyone. It was a perfect getaway for a couple, just to relax and it was also quiet enough and very romantic.
The food was excellent. The service was great. The drinks wonderful. I really don't have anything to complain about, only that I didn't get to stay longer.
Our room was also wonderful. We had a great view of the water and the garden.
Also, just so you know and you can tell others traveling there, when you stay at any Couples resort, just for staying there, the follow excursions are included in the stay:
1. Dunn's river falls
2. Snorkeling
3. Horseback riding
4. Shopping tour
5. Catamaran trip
They just ask that you bring a few dollars along to tip your bus driver and guide.

    I am at the point in my life where I have finally accumulated some disposable income and plan on doing the travel that I've always wanted to do. I will use Travelwizard and Lori for all of my future trips. I just wanted to share my thoughts and pass on some positive feedback. Sometimes we never get enough of that.

    By the way, Lori and Travelwizard was able to save me close to $2,000 over the closet price from the other agencies. I don't think price was the purpose of this email but it certainly helped. If you get a chance tell Lori great job and I commend you on putting together a first class organization.

The food at the Caves was excellent - they catered to our odd hours and were gracious the whole time here.

And at Jamaica Inn.

Once we moved to the Point (White Suite).....(even before) the food is a bit expensive but VERY excellent in taste & variety...fresh & oohh sooo scrumptious.... the atmosphere(people) is a bit older than we really like, but we walked down to the Sandals resort today for a drink and a bit of exersize & ..... tooo many people.... we were glad to get "home" the Wine (Chilean pinot noir) is very good and their service is VERY gracious - we are in a VERY private suite & run naked most of the time & they have "seen it " before for US?? it's time so sooooooooooo needed to relax.... we've had a tough year....
We are very happy to have ended our vacation here... we sleep the first 3 or 4 days.... literally.... so to put us at a great place for the first few days is rather a waste... but the dinner for our anniversary at the Caves was fantastic... and the bath cave was really special too,,,, so THAT was great.... and then for the relax & conversations & spoiling time..... Jamaica Inn is surperb..... We have talked about it quite a bit, and we always compare anyplace to Hotel Bora Bora......        This has now become our #1...... space, service, privacy, quiet (the caves was noisy, road & drive by advertisers via bull-horns.... really!)
We've only snorkled 1nce & altho it's not the wild reef that Hotel Bora Bora has, it's quite nice & with different corals.... & fairly healthy...

so we're gonna take advantage of the time/space if we can work it....

I'll let you know if we can stay.... I really hope so!!!!

deep soaking infinity pool next to the wrap around porch, and my only complaint is that it was not heated. The bathroom is fabulous, simple, with great fixtures. Most wonderful is the attached outdoor shower, surrounded by latticed

vines and a waist high opening to look at the ocean. The people who work there are lovely and efficient. The food was really good...different homemade local fruit juices every day, great soups, seafood, salads. The beach is

beautiful, the sand is a little hard to walk on because of zillions of little shells, but not bad. We really enjoyed doing nothing but reading and napping on the beach (under the umbrella, not used to the sun) and had no interest in

leaving the place. Dinners were really quite good, and varied over the 5 nights. Nice not to be faced with the same choices over and over. It's positioned in such a lovely bay with small, pointy hils to the sides and inner ponds to look down on. There's lots of bougainvillaea and other exotics all over the hills, around the houses and the main dining areas. It is expensive, but I think well worth it for a special treat. So, I'd say, we thought it was great.

I wanted to get back to you and tell you what a GREAT time we had in The Bahamas at Atlantis. The resort was over the top! Excellent facilities, activities, dining and staff. I really appreciate YOUR suggestion recommending The Club level room and concierge service at The Cove. The small price increase of the room was FAR outweighed by the amenities that came with the room.....the breakfast, the snacks during the day and especially the open bar at 5:00PM!!!....the view from the 22nd floor in the Club was fantastic! We booked through Travelwizard a year ago to Turks and Caicos and didn't think it could have gotten any better......your planning, scheduling and room selection to Atlantis were perfect! Arrived after dark and can't really see the resort but I can only bet it's BEAUTIFUL - already in love - can't see anything but what I can see it's great!!! FYI: as you know, I 'm not crazy about American Airlines but today that changed. Not to pat our backs but because both our boys are in the armed services, we always seek out soldiers that are deployed, etc., to "give them a hand" discretely of course....well, there was two Army "kids" on leave from Iraq on our plane from Atlanta to Miami that happened to sit in front of us on the plane - we didn't notice who sat next to them, but we did our usual and gave them a few bucks to let them buy a drink, etc., at their destination. Not to brag, etc., but of course as parents of kids in the service, we love to do this for them - hoping that somebody will do the same for our two...at the end of the flight when we discretely gave this to these two guys and then found out the person sitting next to them was the flight attendant for the flight from Miami to Grenada - she of course didn't know that we were going to Grenada.   When we were boarding the flight to Grenada, she started pointing at us and the next thing we knew, the captain, who was Marine Colonel Retired, came and escorted us to first class - we had a great and special time and was treated like royalty - then told them it was our anniversary and they took pics, etc., I'm sure this is the first of all the good things that will happen the next few days ----one example of "PLAY IT FORWARD"...Thanks again for everything and recommending La Source to us.......

The trip went without any issues and it was great. Beaches Turks and Caicos was everything we expected it to be and then some. We met some really nice people there, there were some celebrities there as well who were really nice, and the staff was great. The food was good but got a little tiring after the fourth day, but that was to be expected because of dietary restrictions. The children had a great time and I would definitely recommend this to anyone! The only one thing I would warn people about for those who are SCUBA diving, the dive sites that are offered by the resort are very bland so if someone were looking for a good dive, it would have to be paid for out of pocket on top of what was paid for to stay at the resort. Other than that, it was great and I would love to do it again sometime, but first we go to other parts of the world, we are thinking South Africa with a nice little excursion to Mauritius! I will let you know when we are ready for that, and I am sure being from that part of the world you can give me some really good tips on what to expect. Thanks and have a great day.

We didn't even eat at the resturantes that you had to make reservations for because you had to stand in a really long line at 10 in the morning and I heard that it wasn't worth it. The buffet had something for everyone. Jamaica was amazing. The CAVES really stole the show. What an amazing experience it was. I am definitely glad it was a part of our honeymoon and that it was where we finished our vacation, Sandals would have been pretty disappointing after the Caves. The staff were amazing and the resort was breathtaking. It was well beyond any expectation we had even with all the praise that you gave it. Heather said there massage therapist was the best she ever had, so I had a massage and would have to agree with her. We had a cane dinner in each cave which was amazing as well as the hot tub cave for a sunset and an evening time.

Well thanks again for helping us set up an amazing honeymoon in Jamaica. We definitely fell in love with the island and will most assuredly be going back in the future as well as convince other people to visit for their first time as well. We will keep you in mind for our future travels.

It's very rare that a person can look back on an experience like this and say that they wouldn't change a thing. That's how we feel about our time in Aruba. The Radisson fit the bill perfectly with a friendly staff, nice rooms and most importantly........the nicest stretch of beach in Aruba. Even the flights were enjoyable and on time.

I've attached a couple of pictures, one of which was taken at the Natural Pool. One of the highlights of the trip. I highly recommend the Palm Desert Safari Jeep Tour, AKA "Shake and Bake Tour". Not for the faint of heart. Our tour guide Raymond, had the same wonderfully positive attitude and made it the experience of a lifetime.

Thanks for your welcome home message! We did have a great time in St.
Thomas! The villa was very nice and very relaxing. If you ever need to rent out
moonlight to anyone, I will be happy to tell them what a great experience we
had. The only thing that they would need to know is...you definately need an
SUV. Not only for the villa but just to be able to get around the Island.
Very sharp turns and very steep hills. We did reserve an SUV back in March
but when we arrived in St. Thomas, the car rental did not have any SUV's
left for us so they gave us this little Ford Taurus without shocks and that
just wasn't going to cut it. They did however put us in an SUV by Monday so
we were able to get around much easier. Aside from that, everything was
beautiful and the view from the villa was mesmorizing and spectacular.   They had
everything
there that we could have possibly needed and then some. Thanks for

The Honeymoon was Fantastic!!! We rented a scooter and had a great time exploring the island and always coming back to our Wonderful Resort.

All the flights went well and the shuttle to and from the airport was fairly inexpensive. The rest of the resort was VERY expensive but as I said we just rented a scooter and so aside from our breakfast which was included we would drive around and go to some local places. Horseye Jacks was definetely our Favorite place for both location and prices!

At first I was concerned about the Alamanda (nothing like the other resorts, obviously). But they went out of their way to accomodate and the area provided tremendous convenience. Never had to drive which was a great way to wind down. Everything was right there.

It was awesome – we loved it! The resort was beautiful, service was top notch, the room was great – we would definitely go back to Little Dix again. It was very quiet and romantic – great place for couples. We’d like to go back next year but with our children – ages 10, 11 and 12.

Kerry had been to the Caribbean before, but this was my first trip. Sandals was awesome. The people who worked there were so happy and friendly. The property was so clean and the food was great.
