Le Bistro Esplanade
Accentuating the simple elegance of Parisian bistros from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco period, Le Bistro is located in the corner of the hotel featuring a glazed conservatory type seating area. It serves authentic regional and seasonal dishes with a small selection of local house specialties like the famous, Esplanade Struckli.
