De Passage takes shoppers back over 115 years, making it the Netherlands’ oldest shopping center. This glass-roofed mall features sensational shops with ultramodern appeal. The architecture here is splendid and is sure to be a shopping experience unlike any other. Found in Benoordenhout is Benoordenhage, a wonderful shopping center with sixty shops, including fashion boutiques, culinary specialty shops, jewelers and home furnishing shops.

Markets can be found throughout the Hague. One may choose to browse the colorful multicultural market in the Herman Costerstraat or opt to shop for vegetables in the market near the Grote Kerk. At these markets one can find goods ranging from antiques and books to freshly grown food products.
