In the heart of the Alentejo, this small working farm of 12 hectares is truly perfect for families with children, as bicycles, toys, paddling pool, dolls house and a small carriage are all available. Reconstructed from a 19th Century watermill, this wonderful building totalling 1200 sqm has retained many traditional features, and is decorated with antiques and paintings to match. The swimming pool (14m x 7m) has a jet stream, large sunbathing areas and pool house with summer kitchen. There are a few drops that parents of young children need to be aware of.

Ground Floor:
• Living room (plasma cable TV/DVD player), dining room for 24 guests, both with fire places.
• Spacious patio with a large stone table and sitting area.
• Traditional well-equipped kitchen; rear terrace with built-in spit barbecue.
• At a slightly higher level: two en suite twin bedrooms.
• Small sitting room with fireplace and cable TV.
First Floor:
• Small sitting room.
• One double en suite with extra single bed, one twin and two double bedrooms en suite, all opening to a shared terrace with hammocks.
• Master suite with king size bed, Jacuzzi bath and shower, small sitting area with fax (on request), fireplace and air - conditioning. Private terrace.
Second Floor
• Hall, cloakroom and kitchenette.
• Living room with fireplace and cable TV, doors to terrace.
Staff
English speaking manager will meet and greet at the property, resident couple clean six days a week. Extra staff services on request: second maid, Sunday staff, cook service, babysitting.
