La Colina is a charming villa, set in a quiet rural location with wonderful views of the coast and sea all the way to Gibraltar. The villa is particularly suited for families due to its close proximity to sandy beaches and the town of Estepona. There are many golf courses nearby, and eight rounds at one of them, are included in the rental.
The accommodation is on two levels, on the first floor there is a covered terrace ideal for evening drinks and dining, whilst at a lower level the bedrooms all open onto the garden, swimming pool (8m x 4m) and surrounding terrace with built-in barbecue area.

Accommodations

Entrance Level:
• Open-plan sitting room with fireplace, satellite TV, VCR, CD, dining area, kitchen, study with video library,cloakroom, utility room with washing machine.
• All rooms open to a covered terrace ideal for evening drinks and dining.
• Please note there is a wrought iron spiral staircase between floors.
Lower Level:
• Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
• Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and shower.
• Separate annex with double bed and bathroom suitable for teenagers or a nanny.

Staff
Maid service included three hours a day, three days a week. The owners of the property live within the grounds in a separate cottage.

Distances
Estepona (restaurants, bars, shops, markets, beach) 5 mins, golf 20 mins, Malaga, Gibraltar (airports) 60 mins.
