The Wellness System allows trainers to design an individual exercise program for a client, keep track of the member's workouts, and provide feedback in several important ways - all without having to put anything on paper. The art of hospitality reaches new heights
Our chef Willy Rossignol proposes a creative and inventive cuisine in our gastronomic restaurant Le Trianon within a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. He is working only with fresh products. The cuisine, adapted to either a business or a festive dinner is also served on our panoramic terrace in summer. The wine list, awarded the Wine Spectator Award several years in a row, proposes over 600 selected vintages and prestigious bottles. Willy Rossignol is not a beginner. He worked in prestigious houses like le Château de la Messardière in St Tropez, L’Ermitage in Clarens, le Relais et Château at the hôtel Ermitage in Zurich, Les fermes de Marie in Megève, le Ristorante della Torre in Morcotte (Tessin) and recently at the Lausanne Palace.
Within a friendly atmosphere, Le Patio and its over-sized terrace, will delight guests by proposing mediterranean dishes, the speciality of the day and a light cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner, Le Patio also offers an appetizing buffet breakfast every morning.
