Le Richemond has always placed great importance on its restaurant. During the Armleder days, Le Richemond was one of the first hotels in Geneva to prepare simple and refined daily specials. Their very reasonable price quickly attracted people to the restaurant. Sapori is maintaining this tradition and proposes simple but inventive Italian cuisine, one of the finest cuisine in the world. The menus range from light meals at noon, business meals to more sophisticated dinners.Sapori, with a completely new décor and layout, offers an urban and cosmopolitan setting. The legendary terrace, protected and calm, is always a fabulous experience for guests.Still located on the ground floor of the main building, Sapori is large enough to seat 134 people, 70 in the interior and 64 on the terrace.The private dining room welcomes more intimate dinners for a maximum of 16 people. Whether between friends, as a couple after a stay at Le Spa du Richemond or with the family, Sapori offers a variety of refreshing and original meals for a very pleasant Sunday. 
Le Bar
Le Bar now commands a more expansive space, and opens onto a terrace. Previously situated between the lobby and the restaurant, to the right upon entering the hotel, its new home is in the place previously used by the “Salon Emilie”, to the left on the entrence. Its design marks the style of the hotel. Le Bar today revolves around 3 main areas : the bar itself, the terrace and the lounge. The menus include refreshing, colourful and imaginative deshes that are served throughout the day. The activities and ambiance vary, according to the time of day. In the afternoon, it’s “five o’clock tea” with scones, club-sandwiches and canapés in a chic and colourful ambiance. In the evening a transformation takes place … Le Bar is vibrant and glamorous, with special programs prepared for all of the “movers & shakers” in Geneva.
Le Cottage
The Cottage Restaurant & Bar and the Brunswick Garden, tucked in an oasis of greenery in the centre of Geneva, accord perfectly with the new Richemond. The Cottage Restaurant & Bar is completely renovated. It now has 50 seated places spread harmoniously between armchairs and couches, for a very cosy ambiance. A 150 square metre teak terrace allows city dwellers to spend relaxing time in the shade of the 100 year old trees of the Brunswick Garden while remaining at the heart of the city. The Cottage Restaurant & Bar and the Brunswick Garden offer:
