The award-winning Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort is one of the South Pacific's most renowned vacation destinations. Located on the island of Vanua Levu on 17 acres of a former coconut plantation, the intimate luxury resort overlooks the peaceful waters of Savusavu Bay, known for its pristine coral reefs.
Reminiscent of a Fijian village, the resort features 25 individual bures (Fijian cottages) nestled among the palm trees just steps from the beach and sea. Each bure has a thatched roof, private deck or patio, and tropical garden or water views. Inside, the spacious bures offer colorful, contemporary dacor, king size and day beds, writing table, complimentary soft drinks and juices, mini-refrigerator, French press coffee-maker, specialty coffee and teas, robes and hairdryer.
