Treasure Island Resort Accommodations
Deluxe Ocean View Bure
All within 30 metres of the white sandy beach, 67 bures, fully air-conditioned and thoroughly modern and traditionally styled to leave you with a wonderful memory of your South Pacific stay.
Close to the beach, each bure is interconnected but cleverly arranged for maximum privacy. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and palms, each bure offers ocean views so glorious they'll remain etched on your mind forever. All bures have a private balcony with outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and hammock.
Generously sized rooms offer real luxury with a contemporary range of private facilities. Each bure contains room enough for three adults or two adults and two children, with a deluxe Queen size bed plus a single daybed, with crisp, quality linens.
En suite bathrooms have piped water, hot and cold showers, toiletries and hairdryers. One bure has been modified to be wheelchair friendly. All bures are fitted with air-conditioners, fans and a mini fridge. A mini bar is available upon request from Reception. Percolated coffee and tea making facilities will be found in each bure.
Bure Domoni Suite Is located on the picturesque east side of Treasure offering extra privacy. Bure Domoni features a separate lounge and sitting area decorated in Fijian style and an open air Jacuzzi/Spa bath.
Included in the rates are complimentary items such as two Fijian bathrobes, Treasure Island T-shirts and sulus (sarongs), a bottle of chilled French Champagne, special fresh flower decorations of the bure and your personal housemaid for four hours per day with turndown service.
The exclusive Bure Domoni is perfect for honeymooners as it also offers something special for the wedding couple prior to their wedding day on Treasure.
Treasure Island Resort Activities and Nightlife
As the sun sets on the Pacific, the sounds of music on Treasure Island invite you to choose your form of entertainment for the evening. Soft island melodies entice you to fine wining and dining, dancing and romancing in intimate style. Monday - At 6.30 pm join us in a traditional Kava 'Yaqona' ceremony, then share a bowl with us. Following this is a cocktail party with free drinks and nibbles. A Fijian Meke performance begins at 8.00 pm with traditional Fijian song & dance.
Tuesday - Fancy Hat & Novelty dance competitions followed by Music & Dancing to the sounds of our live resident band.
Wednesday - Our International Crab Race competition begins at 9.00 pm. Crabs are auctioned individually with the highest bidder buying the crab. Many wonderful cash prizes to be won for first, second and third place winners.
Thursday - Mongolian Buffet Night followed by a thrilling Polynesian Hula Dancing & Fire Dancing Floor Show at 9.00 pm.
Friday - Fancy Hat competition & International night - Share a joke or sing a song with us.
Saturday - BBQ Buffet night and you all are all invited to participate in our 'Karaoke' which begins at 9.00 pm.
Sunday - There is dancing and competitions until midnight and Movies in the games room.
Games Room Pool Table, Table Tennis, Board Games, Videos, DVD Movies and Sky TV & News are all located in the Games Room open 24 hours a day.
Mini Golf Test you putting skills on our 12 hole Putt Putt golf course. Clubs and balls are free, available at the Marine Shop.
Tennis Court A full sized 1st class Tennis Court with lighting is available any time of the day until 9.00 pm. Racquets and balls are provided free of charge for guest use. Tennis shoes are required.
Volleyball Each evening at 5.00 pm the staff play 'The rest of the world'. Join in, it's great fun!
Gymnasium For those intending to keep 'fit' we have a fully equipped gym for daily workouts. Please enquire at Reception.
Jogging For those who would like to keep fit, get up at 6.00 am and go! Join others for an early morning jog around the Resort.
Fresh Water Pool Please note that the pool is not attended. Parents are responsible for children in the pool area at all times. Pool depth is 1.3 metres. Pool closes at 7.00 pm.
Other Activities Including Basket Weaving, Wood Carving, Bocce (Italian Sand Bowls), Fijian Language Lesson, Fijian Dessert Making, Medicinal Plant Inspection and Coconut Husking. Please see the blackboard for daily listing of events and activities.
Treasure Island Resort Restaurants and Bars
Mouth watering food in an exquisite natural setting, all the rich treasures of the South Seas are harvested to create an international a la carte menu that is available each day.
Dining on Treasure Island is renowned as the resort invites guest chefs from some of Australia's leading restaurants to spend time on the island introducing the latest cuisine to the staff.
The menu varies each night and includes a traditional lovo feast, barbeque and a la carte with European and local dishes. The resort has also introduced Flambe Tableside cooking in the Ganilau Restaurant.
Your choice of dining location includes the Main Elevuka Restaurant, Candlelight Dinners in the Sunset Bure, Banquets on the Beach, Poolside Dining and our Flambe Restaurant.
Elevuka Restaurant
The magnificent high ceilinged, solidly constructed main bure houses the Elevuka Restaurant, the Takia Bar, as well as the dance area where the band plays every night. Casually elegant, the tropical dining room serves mouth-watering delights harvested from the South Seas on its international a la carte menu. Tempting alternatives include weekly beach banquets and barbecues, lovo feasts, mongolian buffets and the spectacle of tableside flambe.

A magnificent range of taste sensations beg to be sampled from an appetising traditional lovo (underground stone fire) feast on Monday Nights, Mongolian buffet on Thursday Night and succulent barbecue buffet on Saturday Night. Ganilau/Flambe Spectacular table-cooked flambes are available in Ganilau Restaurant. Open 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
Romantic Candlelight Dinner Enjoy an intimate dinner for two by candlelight in the very special Sunset Bure. A bottle of champagne is included with a 4 course meal from our a la carte menu.
Beach Banquet Enjoy a memorable night under the stars with a sumptuous seafood banquet on the beach and music by our serenades. Subject to a minimum of 20 people and weather permitting.
Children's Menu A bright, nourishing and imaginative children's menu is available throughout the day. At 5.30 pm each evening they are whisked away by our trained staff for a special 'Children's Hour' evening meal. Or you may choose to have them join you for an adult dinner. Children under 2 years eat free.

Picnic Hampers Delicious Picnic Hampers brimming with lunchtime goodies are (which may also include a bottle of Champagne on request) are available for you to take on planned trips to the nearby Sand Bank or Bounty Island. Ask your friendly waitress to assist you with this.
The Takia Bar Open from early morning at 8.00 am until after midnight. Here, you'll find all your favourite drinks and our staff conversant with most popular South Pacific Cocktails. Happy Hour with all drinks half price is held every night between 6.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Cocktail lessons and demonstrations are held in the Takia Bar at 10.30am on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Water Sports Activities
Free Activities Include Coral Viewing Trips, Hand-line Fishing Trips and Snorkeling. All non motorised water sports activities are free including Wind Surfing, Canoes, Kayaks, Sailing Boats & Paddle Boats.
Snorkeling Trip Take a trip to nearby Bounty Island for shell collecting and snorkeling, held at 9.00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and 2.00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Mask, Snorkel and Flippers can be obtained free from the Marine Shop.
Beachcomber Trip Scheduled trips to neighboring Beachcomber for an hour, are available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sundays.
Island Hopping Trip It's a chance to visit these beautiful neighbouring island resorts in the Mamanuca region, including Plantation, Musket Cove, Malolo, Castaway and Mana - stopping half an hour in every resort.
We can also arrange Bounty Island Daytrips or Sandbank Day Cruise, Island Sightseeing by Helicopter or Seaplane and Shopping trips to Lautoka.
Sea Safari Trip Come and visit the beautiful village of Viseisei, home of the Nakelo people, where our forefathers landed on Fijian shores in the early days of settlement. See the monument of Christian missionaries that landed in Fiji, visit the shell markets and cruise along to Bounty Island for some lunch & snorkeling.
Hand line Fishing Trip Morning trips between 6.30 am and 8.30 am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. These trips are also free of charge.
Deep Sea Fishing and Trawling This can be arranged early morning or evening, half day and even full day fishing. Bookings can either be made through our Marine Shop or with our Public Relations Officer. Costs F$140 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
Fish Feeding Trip Come and join us hand feed our little friends on the reef. Afternoon trips on Sunday, Wednesday & Friday at 1.45 pm. This is free of charge, meet down at the Marine Shop.
Coral Viewing Trip Explore the beauty of our oceans while relaxing on our glass bottom boats. Departing daily at 10.00 am.
Canoes, Hobie Cats and Windsurfing Canoes, Wind Surfers, Spy Boards and Hobie Cats are provided free of charge by the Marine Shop for you to explore and enjoy the local environment.
Scuba Diving & Motorised Water-Sports Scuba Diving facilities, beginner and advanced courses, day & night reef & wreck dives are all arranged through the island's P.A.D.I Dive Shop. If you are a beginner you may wish to take part in a 'Discover Scuba' program, while the more experienced can join a shark feeding dive. The Fiji Islands provides all the diving attractions you can imagine.
Our resident Dive Shop, Subsurface Diving also provides a range of motorised watersports for your enjoyment that includes:
